Electronics and information industries are high-tech industries in which technologyinnovations play more and more important roles. Industry clustering is an effectiveorganizational form for innovation which advances information spreading,competition and corporation. It can also increase the speed of technology progress andestablishing of innovation system. In electronics and information industries clustering,the density of technology and knowledge is larger, the clustering develops faster andknowledge economics forms easier. Based on harvests of prevenient researchers thisdissertation carries on the following research aiming to speed the development ofChinese electronics and information industries.1. Discusses the characters of electronics and information industries, includingcommon characters, competitive characters and innovative characters. Theimportant roles of electronics and information industries clustering in Chineseecnomics are pointed out. Reasons of industry clustering and developing processare analyzed. Then the concept and character of Clustering innovation are given.2. The development of electronics and information industries in and abroad arestudied. The successful experiences of Silicon Valley in American, Xinzhu inTaiwan and Korea are reviewed. Then the main factors influencing theinternational competition of Chinese electronics and information industries arepointed out and its actuality, problems and developing trend are studied.3. The developing course of research on innovation system and innovation factors ofinnovation system is analyzed. Then the enterprise's behavior of entering clusteris studied microcosmically and mathematical model is constructed. Somemeasures encouraging enterprise entering cluster according with the aboveconclusion are brought forward.4. The innovation process under clustering condition is studied and theself-organization model for clustering innovation using self-organization theory isanalyzed. Then a mathematical model using game theory is constructed to analyzeclustering enterprises' cooperative innovation.5. The meanings of clustering innovation capability is studied in details and it'sevaluating index system is constructed. Then the fuzzy synthetically evaluationmethod evaluating clustering innovation capability is given. At last we use thismethod to analyze three main industry clustering areas of Electronics andinformation industries.
