Research On The System And Modes Of Enterprise's Endogenous Innovation

With the rapid development of science and technology and the accelerated pace of economic globalization, endogenous innovation, increasingly valued by developing countries, has played a central role in adjusting economic structure and improving national competence for those countries. At present, China is at the critical period of building a well-off society and implementing a new pattern of industrialization. The questions concerning how to accelerate the pace and develop the ability of enterprise's endogenous innovation has aroused great concern of governments, industry and the academic circles, which, at the same time, make an earnest request for theoretical studies. However, according to the current research findings, researchers of the developed countries conduct their researches on the technological innovation based on, usually, a developed market economy. They take enterprise's endogenous innovation as the premise of their studies and modelize it during the research process. But researches from developing countries prefer to lay emphasis on the introduction of technology. Direct researches on endogenous innovation are rarely undertaken among them. Therefore, it is of great practical and theoretical significance to carry out researches on enterprise's endogenous innovation from the perspective of system.Based on the theoretical findings from domestic and abroad, focusing on accelerating the enterprise's endogenous innovation, improving the enterprise's endogenous innovation capabilities, and according to the current situations, this dissertation gives a system, modes and methods of enterprise's endogenous innovation, from the perspective of system theory, using the technology innovation, knowledge management, technology capability, system engineering theories. At the same time, gives an in-depth analysis of enterprise's endogenous innovation, cooperative innovation and introduction innovation in enterprise's system of endogenous innovation. This dissertation explores the homogeneity technology of industry before competing stage and the policies of accelerating the enterprise's endogenous innovation. Based on that, an empirical analysis of endogenous innovation of automobile enterprise is given.1. The system and modes of enterprise's endogenous innovation are constructed and analyzed and the notion of endogenous innovation and the endogenous innovation system of enterprises are defined. Grounded on this, a model of endogenous innovation system of enterprises is set up from the perspective of the technology source and the strategies for technological innovation according to the system theory. In addition, according to the analysis of the process of decision, it is pointed out that the model of enterprise's endogenous innovation is a model of endogenous assembly innovation and that the radical solution of enterprise's endogenous innovation is the research and development by itself. What's more, the major measures concerning carrying out endogenousinnovation strategies for enterprises are proposed.2. An in-depth analysis of endogenous innovation, cooperative innovation, introduction innovation and industrial homogeneity technological innovation is provided from the perspective of the development of enterprise's endogenous innovation capacity. (1) The specific notion of innovation is explicated from the aspects of institution innovation, management innovation, organization innovation and technology innovation. The intellectual property of enterprise's endogenous innovation is studied and corresponding countermeasures are put forward. (2) The notion of cooperative innovation is defined and analyzed. The three hierarchical model of cooperative innovation is advanced based on the development and improvement of enterprise's endogenous innovation ability. The process of cultivating and developing technological capacity and its affective factors are analyzed. Grounded on that, major measures concerning strengthen the effect of cooperative innovation is brought forward. (3) The notion of introduction innovation is defined and its features elaborated. It is pointed out that the process of introduction innovation is a dynamic and multistaged one. In addition, the principle behind the development of endogenous innovation in the process of introduction innovation is revealed, on the basis of which countermeasures are put forward in order to realize enterprise's introduction innovation. (4)Focusing on developing and improving enterprise's sustainable endogenous innovation capability, and accelerating the supply of homogeneity technology of industry, based on analyzing the connotation of homogeneity technology, the conception of homogeneity technology of industry is given. Analyzing the current situations of homogeneity technology of industry, this dissertation gives the operating modes of homogeneity of industry which is directed by the government and its organizing modes and main policies.3. A set of policies to accelerate the enterprise's endogenous innovation are suggested. The connotation of enterprise's endogenous innovation policy is defined. The current situations and main problems of enterprise's technology innovation policies are analyzed. Based on that, a set of policies accelerating the enterprise's endogenous innovation from the perspective of finance, tax, trade, government purchase and talent are suggested.4. An empirical analysis for the process of endogenous innovation for enterprises in automobile industry is given. The main developing modes of automobile industry in developed countries, the innovation characters and cases of automobile industry in developing countries, the current innovation situations of automobile industry of China and the technology trends of automobile industry are analyzed. Based on that, the corresponding strategies to accelerate the endogenous innovation capabilities of automobile industry of China are given.
