With the development and maturity of market economy, the traditional concepts of life-and-death competition are far behind the times. To bring about mutually beneficial or win-win Competition-Harmony Tao(Tao:universal law or natural rule.) has been the fundamental approach and crucial strategy for modern business. As modern business Tao, Competition-Harmony are absolutely different from the traditional concept of competition. Competition for common harmony and peaceful coexistence are the final goals for all companies. Righteousness and interests are coexistent in Business Ethics, it is also the target value of Competition-Harmony Tao. We analyze the Business Ethics of Competition-Harmony which is the Tao for modern business so as to discuss different opinions on issues related to business benefits and social righteousness.There are six chapters in which we are discussing the problems about Business Ethics of Competition-Harmony.Chapter one, the general description, in which to discuss and explain the connotation of Competition-Harmony, formation of Competition-Harmony concept then the issues between Competition-Harmony Tao and Business Ethics. The connotation of Competition-Harmony begins with the analysis of "Harmony" and Ethics, then, further research on connotation, essence and relationships between socialist harmonious society and scientific concept of development. To analyze the advantages and disadvantages in the early stage of development, competition to cooperation, then cooperation to competition, so the formation of Competition-Harmony concept is the natural necessity on the issues between Competition-Harmony Tao and Business Ethics, we research theoriginal meaning of business ethics, core problems including those relating to Competition-Harmony Tao and Business Ethics.From chapter two to chapter four, we discuss the target requirement function, standard and responsibility of Business Ethics of Competition-Harmony. External and internal harmony, the harmony of whole society and harmony of man and nature, are the several parts of target in Business Ethics of Competition-Harmony. Position, opportunity, contain and innovation are the elements in requirement of Business Ethics of Competition-Harmony. To analyze the function of Business Ethics of Competition-Harmony is quite important for the survival and profit of enterprise and profit of enterprise an social economic development. In chapter three, to focus our discussion on the standardizations of Business Ethics of Competition-Harmony which include Ethics standards of business operator, administrator and employee, three classes. In chapter four, the core issue is about the responsibilities of Competition-Harmony enterprise, which contain the connotation and classification of enterprise's social responsibility, individual responsibility, market and public responsibility.In chapter five and six, the implementation of Business Ethics of Competition-Harmony is rooted in heritages of tradition and summaries of experience. In heritages of tradition we talk abut historical for Chinese traditional harmonious thought, especially, Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism and other harmonious thought which are the historical resources of it. In the summaries of experience, we discuss about experience in the construction of Business Ethics of Competition-Harmony of U.S.A, Japanese and some excellent Chinese enterprises. Exploring the path to implementation of Business Ethics of Competition-Harmony.
