The dairy industry are praised as the rising industry in the 21st century, Develop dairy products industry is an important action of promoting the increase of our country's peasant income, improving agricultural structure, raising rural economy development level, and building new countrysides of socialist; It is also an important action of improving nutrition levels of people, strengthen the whole people's physique.The market of dairy products which this research institute uses refers to a general name of market where processing and manufacturing of dairy products are regarded as the key link, at the same time key links of producing the original milk, processing and manufacturing and selling of dairy products will be put into the organic connection.Dairy products industry development of our country starts relatively late, is not yet complete, and the situation is complicated. This research has carried on comparatively systematic discussion and research to the market of dairy products of our country through deep investigation, analysis.The problem of development of market of dairy products, both at home and abroad, is studied a lot. Especially the market of dairy products in the developed country is riper to develop, the market theory is relatively complete too, there are less theories of studying development of market in recent years, and some theories are to study how to exercise restraint in developing scale.
