The Study On Exploitation Of Rural Human Resource In China

Human resource is the first resource that plays a decisive role in the economic development. With the development of knowledge economy and global economic integration, Countries all over the world have strengthened their human resource exploitation. China is a large agricultural country with abundant rural human resource but low quality, which has severely hampered the development of rural economy as well as the national economy. The exploitation of rural human resource is the fundamental way to resolve the problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmers and the key task to build a well-off society in an all around way.The exploitation of rural human resource refers to enhance the scientific cultural quality, the specialized skill quality, the political law quality and the thought moral quality of the rural population through many kinds of education forms according to present situation, such as the population, resources, environment and economy of the rural area. It also includes enhancing the rural population's body quality by perfecting the medical care system and many other relative measures. The purpose of these measures about the exploitation of rural human resource is to coordinate its quality, improve its quality, promote the reasonable collocation and use of the rural human resource and finally impel the rural economy with steady steps. With respect to the resources structure of our country, the superiority of our resources is not the physical resources and the natural resources, but is the human resources, particularly the rural human resources. There are many researches about the area of human resources currently, but when it comes to the exploitation of rural human resource, especially studying this problem with economic and sociological multi-angles systemic methods, the academic achievement is rare.
