Study And Application Of Regional Land Consolidation Spatio-temporal Collocation And Project Post-evaluation

Since land consolidation was again put forward by our nation, land consolidation practice has been widely carried out and played an important role in ensuring nation food safety, realizing the gross cultivated land dynamic equilibrium, solving"San Nong Issue"and building the new socialism countryside. The main aim of the earlier land consolidation in our country was to increase cultivated land area. Along with the development of the land consolidation industry, more attention has been paid to enhancing land quality and improving environment. While the land quality and environment is variable in different regions and is difficult to quantify, it is difficult to meet request for quantitative regional land consolidation. Scientific land consolidation should be carried out on the basis of synthetically analyzing the natural, socio-economic conditions, quantitatively determining the spatio-temporal collocation of land consolidation. Along with the development of the land consolidation practice, at present many projects have been checked, approved and come into running. To make sure that the decision-makings of these projects are right and the anticipated aim and effect are realized, the post-evaluation will be needed. So studying the theory and method of the regional land consolidation spatio-temporal collocation and project post-evaluation, quantitatively carrying throuth the regional land consolidation spatio-temporal collocation, the land consolidation pattern spacial collocation, and the land consolidation project post-evaluation has been an important and urgent task to increase the programming level of the regional land consolidation and the management level of the project decision-making, to realize the sustainable utilization of the land resources and to maintain the healthy development of our land consolidation career.With the GIS technique and the mathematic quantitative evaluation model, the dissertation systematically studied the theory and method of the regional land consolidation spatio-temporal collocation and the project post-evaluation. The main study contents and conclusions were as follows:1.
