Studies On The Development And Innovation Of China Securities Industry

With the development of capital market, by providing financial service such as securities trading, securities consigning and finance counseling, China's securities industry gives a important support for meeting the demand of investor and enterprise's investing and optimizing resource, which makes a important contribution for the development of capital market in China. In this stage, there are many problems in securities industry's developing in China, which can not meet the demand of Capital market's reforming and opening as well as macroeconomic developing. As we all know, there are many reasons for these problems, but lacking innovation is the key problem.
