Research On The Sustainable Development Of Xinjiang Oasis Eco-economy System

As the living land of people of all nationalities in Xinjiang, the Oasis faces its serious problem, the sharp contradiction between humankind and nature along with the increasing population and the development of social economy. Thus the sustainable development of the Oasis gains highly attention and concern. This paper tries to study the sustainable development of the Oasis from the angle of harmonious development of economy and ecological environment, to get a conclusion of intrinsic mechanism of sustainable development, and also the realization ways and countermeasure.I. Main Contents1. Xinjiang Oasis Eco-economy System distinguishedWe should firstly distinguish the eco-economy system of the Oasis through the constitution, connection and operation of the ecological system, and clearly define its operating state and main problems. Along with the economic development, the Oasis unceasingly expands, which makes the ecological system of its periphery more and more worse. In the meantime of people planting trees in the Oasis, the desolation also speeds up. As the Oasis and its system maintaining more and more depends on artificial work, the economical function strengthens while the ecological function weakens. During the long time development, people only pays great attention on the economical development on the one hand, and constantly contends with the desolation, which makes the ecological system of its periphery more and more worse; on the other hand people only pays important attention on artificial Oasis and define the natural Oasis as desolation ecological system. As a result, one-sided behavior of only constructing the artificial Oasis appears. Because the industrial structure and resources doesn't match and with the backward technology, low efficiency and great resource consumption, the economical system of the Oasis doesn't gets high efficiency.2. Operating Mechanism of Xinjiang Oasis Eco-economy SystemAs the most important ecosystem and human living land in the arid area, the Oasis has its special operating mechanism of eco-economy system under the dual influence of nature and the humanity.
