Employment Of China's Information Process

At the new century, informatization is changing the whole world and has a great influence on the employment of labor in our country. Informatization influence the employment in two contradictive aspects, on the one hand, information technology may enhance the productivity when it is widely used in the production process and cause unemployment by the substitution of technology and capital to labor; on the other hand, informatization may also increase the demand the labor by developing the labor division and increase the kinds of goods. Therefore, it is important to study the influence of informatization on the employment and guide the national informatization in a direction of improving employment condition of our country.With the guidance of dialectic materialism and historical materialism of Marxism, the theoretical methods of development economics, industry economics, labor economics are use in the analysis of this dissertation. And quality and quantity analysis, partial and wholesome analysis, positive and normative analysis etc. are also used in this dissertation according to the specific analytic objects of different parts in this dissertation. And this dissertation also attempts to design a model for the object of our national employment strategy in the course of informatization by a systematic analysis of the mechanism on the informatization influence of employment. The framework of this dissertation develops its analysis in three parts, the supply of labor, demand of labor and labor market.In the preface, this dissertation gives a general summary on the theories of employment effect of technology development and informatization, and also has an introduction of the background and significance of the subject, the goal of this study, the framework and innovations of this dissertation.In chapter one, this dissertation begins with analysis of the informatization theory and the development of informatization in our country, and provides a strategic view for the study by connecting informatization with the catching-up strategy of our country. It is pointed out that informatization is a historical opportunity for the catching-up of our country although the informatization influence may produce a complex situation for employment in our country, and our country could grasp this development opportunity only by improving the occasion and making a full use of the positive effect of informatization.In chapter two, the employment effects of informatization are analyzed in the ways of information industrialization and industry informatization.
