As the owners of heterogeneous manpower capital, entrepreneurs take enterprise management as their occupation, driving the enterprise to obtain the huge economic efficiency and the social benefit, occupying status anyone cannot substitute and playing important role in the social economy construction and the enterprise. Many facts that employment relationship between the owner and entrepreneurs breaches show that how complicated of such relationship and how difficult to maintain it, which bring forward many inspiration for theoretical research. Therefore, this thesis explores incentive problems of entrepreneurs based on psychological contract (PC), under the condition that existing literatures pay much attention on employee-organization relationship and less on entrepreneurs or top management, and Principle-agent theory emphasizes physical motivation. The purpose of which is to establish wider theoretical basis and applied bedrock for PC especially the entreprenenurs', meanwhile providing new ideas for entrepreneurs' motivation from PC angle of view. All efforts this thesis makes are meaningful in at least two ways: one is to supplement and expand viewpoints of Principal-agent close to reality, to enhance explaination for realistic issues or find answers for which once unsolvable; the other is to provide theretical evidence more reasonable and realistic, as well as provide new ideas and orientation for motivation contracts and motivation system design.This thesis includes tow aspect: The first part discusses entrepreneurs' PC and behavioral feature under it (the third and fourth chapter), which research connotation, types and evolution processes of entrepreneurs' PC, and game analysis on how PC influence entrepreneurs' behavior and how entrepreneurs behave after they perceived their PC is violated, etc. .The second part studies motivation of entrepreneurs from PC angle, which incorporates the new ideas (including behavioural features, demand for equity and demand of enterprise for entrepreneurs etc.) reflected through entrepreneurs' PC into design and implementation process of expressed motivation system. In this part, motivation basis—evaluation system and premise of motivation design are included, meanwhile, we provide a supplementary research for reputation motivation.Comparing with existing research, this research has it own traits and innovation.Firstly, based on existing results of PC study, we, adopting economic study method, from new study angle of PC, carry out systematically analysis and expatiation...
