ABSTRACT:With the continuous development of market economy, enterprises in the market competition, the key is technological competition, and technological competition is the fundamental talent competition, corporate brain drain has become a business survive, a major threat to development. With the changes in work methods and content, businesses can no longer simply rely on economic contract to manage and motivate employees, psychological contract has been the driving force for the growing number of companies recognized. In this thesis, the actual case HQ Education Group, analyzed the psychological contract and employee job performance relationship.First of all, this psychological contract and job performance on the theory and the theory is illustrated, such as the psychological contract concept, content, features and dimensions, the concept of performance, classification, influencing factors and discussion of evaluation methods. The relationship between psychological contract with the theoretical model of job performance is proposed based on the social exchange theory, equity theory, motivation theory. Then, the survey staff of HQ Education Group, to investigate sampling. Through the psychological contract and job performance of each dimension of analysis, fully proved the correctness and feasibility of the theoretical model, that psychological contract can have significant performance positive influences.
