A Study On Economy Sustainable Development In Sichuan Poverty Areas

Our country is in a crucial stage that we are pursuing economic and social development under the concept of scientific development and the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all—round way. It has been pointed out in The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of our Party that in the" 11th Five-Year Plan" we should use the scientific development concept to command the overall situation of economic and social development, to accelerate the adjustment of the economic structure and to transform the mode of economic growth; to accelerate the construction of a new socialistic country under the requirements of production growth, living ampleness, social civilization, appearance neatness, and democratic management system.
