Research On Construction And Development Of Enterprises Of Forestry Science And Technology In Hebei

Technological innovations play an increasingly vital role in modern economic growth and social development, so China implemented the strategy of Independent Innovation to facilitate an innovation-oriented society. As a traditional industry in the new era, forestry shoulders the tasks of ecological construction and industrial development. The main challenge to forestry theory and practice is to establish a market-oriented system of forestry science and technology innovation which requires to put the enterprise at the core, integrate research with production, readjust the industrial structure, change the mode of economic growth, take a new road to industrialization, and ensure comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable forestry development.On the basis of the characteristics of Hebei Province and its status quo of forestry industry and technology, this paper combines the theories and methods of enterprise growth, innovation and system engineering to research the construction and development of forestry science and technology enterprises from the viewpoints of region, industry, science and technology, strategy, organization, culture and so on. First, based on a systematic research on enterprise growth theory, innovation theory and some practices, the paper points out some limitations to science and technology enterprises in Hebei. The trends of forestry science and technology and the gap of demand at home and abroad are made clearer. The need for the creation of forestry science and technology innovation system and the construction and development of innovative enterprises are emphasized. Through the analysis of the status and problems of the edge of forests (Fruit and wood based panel industry) in Hebei, we found out that the industrial restructuring and transformation of forestry resources are necessary. So the public choice concerned is to construct forestry science and innovation-oriented enterprises and to build the ability of independent innovation. In the light of the new understanding, the paper emphasizes the concept of science and technology enterprises and the attributes of the industry. The paper reviews the history of the reform of science and technology system in China and studies the origins and the trends of science and technology enterprises. It puts forward the main content and countermeasures for construction and development of forestry science and technology enterprises from the perspective of business environment, intrinsic qualities and dynamic characteristics.
