A Study On Reverse Logistics With The Restriction Of Extended Producer Responsibility

With the quickly development of industry, the product renovate high frequency, lifecycle being shorten, then a lot of end-of-life products appearance. Once those products do not have disposed rightly, it will not only bring waste badly , but also engender serious pollution. In order to control the waste increasing, promote the waste utlizing and protect the environment, the extended product responsibility (EPR)emerges as the times require. This system has give great attention to many scholars, and put it in practice in many contries of organization for economic cooperation and development(OECD).But the application of EPR is being on underway, it is still incomplete. Most literature is only on the side of government, analyzing whether or not it should , how to formulate, how to carry the system into execution. There has few research on how to deal with EPR on the side of enterprise. The paper is just about on the side of enterprise, under the restriction of EPR, that which reclaim system, which take-back mode should choose and how to make reclaim cooperation with other different bodies.The main contents of this dissertation are as followed:In chapter 1, based on the summary of relative reference, we retrospected domestic and foreign researchers on the academic content of EPR and the reclaim modes , the reclaim cooperation with other different bodies. Then, we pointed out the shortcommings in the research on this problem and found some potential areas of the research. And finally, we introduce the frame of the paper simply.In chapter 2, the system of EPR was introduced. In despite of some contries of OECD have bring EPR into effect , China has still not adopt it indeed, thus we should introduce it thoroughly. Firstly we introduce the genesis, definition, responsibilty, object , executive mode and so on of EPR. And then we have a comprehensive introduction of foreign and domestic actuality of EPR utlization.In chapter 3, we study on the choise of reclaim system.
