Research On How To Select Packaging Waste Take-back Model Based On EPR

Packaging waste problem caused the attention of all countries in the world, at present there are two major measures: the first is to prevent beforehand control, the another is afterwards remedial treatment. Simple sense, the entity commodity need to packaging, then must be bring packaging waste. Taking the packaging waste back to recycling system, it's a important way to alleviating the supply of resources and environmental pressure. However, whether scientific nor reasonable take-back mode of packaging wastes determine the expected recovery effect directly. The thought of EPR is applied to waste management widely, it receives the cleaner production tenet, follow the "polluter pay" principle, extend producer responsibility in the whole life cycle flow, especially the abandoned stage. And the existence of reverse logistics replaced the traditional material one-way operation mode, it bring some benefits: to reduce the environment pollution, reduce for burning, landfill brought the waste of resources, at the same time also can reduce the cost of enterprise processing waste items, and improve enterprise and the whole the performance of supply chain, bring enormous social benefits and economic benefits.In this paper: summarized the reverse logistics management related research; analyzed the recovery of commodity packaging related basic theory, in order to strengthen the understanding of reverse logistics; Deeply analyzed the packaging industry implementation returned logistics problems and the driving factors, and then analyses the system based on the EPR, producers of direct responsibility of three basic recovery mode: manufacturer make-back, pooled take-back, third-Party take-back, and according to the teacher ideas presented the manufacturer of the indirect responsibility recovery mode: liability trading system; Summarizes the key factors of packaging manufacturers how to select reverse logistics mode, based on different recovery mode constructing mathematical model, work out results and compared, to providing some certain theoretical reference for packaging manufacturer implementation of packaging wastes reverse logistics mode selection and management; clarify this topic research conclusion, on the basis of the research about the next steps forward.
