Accompanied with the rapid progress of the society, the environment pollution and resource problems and the contradiction between economic development more and more serious, along with development of industrialization, more and more kinds of home appliances, and household electronic appliances out quantity is more and more. Mass of spare, household appliances not only wastes the resources, and seriously polluted the atmosphere, groundwater and soil. Along with the deepening of environmental awareness and environmental protection law is becoming more and more strict, how to establish reverse logistics network of waste household appliances recycling of waste household appliances will be a lot of for profit, waste, victims, improve the environment, become a major problem in front of people. Based on the above, this paper mainly based on EPR system in shandong province of reverse logistics network construction and optimization of waste household appliances.First of all, the EPR system and related theory of reverse logistics, this paper introduces the understanding of the EPR system at home and abroad and degree of waste home appliance store industry in the development of reverse logistics.Secondly, based on the knowledge for the construction of elements:comprehensive environment, operation mode and network type and function planning is analyzed, on the basis of the construction of the reverse logistics of waste household appliances network. At the same time,introduces the basic process of building, and using the operational research theory,this paper introduces the node setup and selection, and according to the cooperation mode of reverse logistics of waste household appliances are analyzed and compared, expounds the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of cooperation mode, which gives the existing reverse logistics of waste household appliances network of shandong province.Finally, according to the minimum cost goal programming model and game theory of Nash equilibrium theory of reverse logistics of waste household appliances network to analyze the optimization of the subject, and the analysis of the structure after the recycling of waste household appliances specification, constructed based on EPR system of reverse logistics of waste household appliances network of shandong province.
