Research On The Problem Of Private Entrepreneurs’ Transformation In China During The Transition Period

Though the high speed development after30years of the reform, Chinese privateenterprise show strong vitality and give the big driving force for the development ofeconomic and social. The private economy has played an important part of thenational economy. At the same time, because of the market mechanism is not perfect，there are many other questions. Private enterprises pursue the one-sided self-interest,and lacking of the social responsibility in its development process, which hasseriously hampered the healthy development of private enterprise. In the period of the12th Five Year Plan, all private enterprises will be faced the transformation ofthe development pattern, and the management style. China’s private enterprises willalso enter the fully optimized, comprehensive changes in the new historicalperiod. As leader of the private enterprises, private entrepreneurs play avital role in the development of private enterprises. However, at this stage of China’sprivate entrepreneurs, there are still many practical problems, such as lacking of socialresponsibility serious. Therefore, in the new period, we should help China’s privateentrepreneurs to adapt to the requirements of the development of the new era andpromote private enterprises to achieve a successful transition and development.In this paper， there is a brief summary of the requirements of the socialresponsibility of the entrepreneurs in new era in our country andsocial. Then, describe the status of China’s private entrepreneurs to fulfill their socialresponsibilities in detail, and analyze the existing problems. Finally, give thesuggestions to the private entrepreneurs on the social responsibility tofulfill the requirements of the times of the status quo and the new era of and socialresponsibility. In the new period, we should help China’s private entrepreneurs toadapt to the requirements of the development of the new era and promote privateenterprises to achieve a successful transition and development.
