Research On Synergetic Mechanism Of Jiangsu Coastal Port Logistics

21st century is known as the ocean century. The marine power has been one of the most important embodiments of a nation’s comprehensive competitiveness, and the marine economy has become a new economic growth pole. As an important part of marine economy, the port logistics will play an important role on the development of regional economic and society and the research on port logistics synergetic mechanism have become one of the hot spots in current research. Located in the northern part of the Yangtze River delta economic region, Jiangsu Province retains a high level of economy development and social stability for several decades, however, the eastern coastal areas in Jiangsu revealed a significant mismatch characteristics compared with the whole province’s economic level. The port logistics in Lianyungang, Yancheng and Nantong are still undeveloped, and the synergetic level of Jiangsu coastal is relatively low. In 2009, Jiangsu coastal port development has been raise to the national strategetic level. And the situation of Jiangsu coastal port development becomes more important under the background of "One Belt and One Road". How to solve the problems existing in the process of Jiangsu coastal port logistics development and to promote the port logistics synergetic mechanism of Jiangsu coastal have caused a wide range of academic discussion and research.Firstly, this paper categorizes the domestic and foreign literature about the port logistics research in recent years, and points out that the current research on port logistics synergetic mechanism and Jiangsu coastal port logistics is still lacking through the literature review. Secondly, we analyze the current situation on the development of Jiangsu coastal port logistics and synergetic status quo based on the investigation of Jiangsu coastal port logistics. Further more, this paper studies the port logistics as a system through the view of synergetic theory. The paper also analyzes the construct of multi-agent and multi-level in port logistics and the port logistics synergetic process from both the longitudinal perspective and horizontal perspective, On the basis of these study, we make further research on port logistics synergetic mechanism. In addition, this paper constructs the evaluation index of port logistics system and the port logistics synergetic degree of quantitative models based on synergetic theory. We do quantitative research of Jiangsu coastal port logistics synergetic degree from the longitudinal perspective and horizontal perspective. Finally, according to the synergetic degree and the current situation of the Jiangsu coastal port logistics, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions respectively from the view of government and port logistics enterprises, in order to provide some new ideas for the development of Jiangsu coastal port logistics.
