In the era of knowledge economy, science and technology innovation become the centralsubject and main melody of the development, intensifying the industry-university-researchinstitute collaboration will help to improve the ability of independent innovation of ourcountry, and then enhance competitiveness of the state. However, in practice，the problemsof different function orientations, different goals and information asymmetry amongsdifferent subjects of the industry-university-research institute collaborative technologyinnovation make that the activities of industry-university-research institute collaborativetechnology innovation is confronted with immense block, how to realize the collaborativetechnology innovation has become the mostly focusing issue in the study field ofindustry-university-research institute combining. Presently academia has begun theresearch on industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation, but the researchof collaborative power problem, collaborative path problem and collaborative problem ofknowledge management about the industry-university-research institute collaborationsubject is still in the descriptive level, and fails to propose effective evaluation method onstatus of subjects synergy, which leads to be difficult to give theoretical basis forconducting the synergetic mechanism of industry-university-research institutecollaborative technology innovation, as well to give quantized basis for scientificmanagement of activities of industry-university-research institute collaborative technologyinnovation.Therefore, this thesis has researched on synergetic mechanism of theindustry-university-research institute technology innovation. The research defines therelated concepts of synergetic mechanism of industry-university-research institutecollaborative technology innovation, reviews related research achievements, and aiming atshortage of researches, advances the analysis framework of research of synergeticmechanism of industry-university-research institute collaborative technology innovation,means that based the whole process sections and key problems ofindustry-university-research institute collaborative technology innovation, the synergeticmechanism of industry-university-research institute collaborative technology innovationconsists of power synergy, path synergy, knowledge management synergy and synergeticdegree evaluation.Firstly, from the perspective of synergetics, the thesis researches internal and externalpower of industry-university-research institute collaborative technology innovation,obtains that internal power is collaborative innovation capability and external power is policies and regulations based on macro-environment. Collaborative innovation capabilitygoverns activities of enterprise, and on the synergy of collaborative innovation capabilityand policies and regulations, the system of industry-university-research institutecollaborative technology innovation will evolve from disorder and confusion to order, andform cooperation state of tightness, stabilization and sustainability.Secondly, the thesis obtains that internal law of path synergy is coordination ofcooperation and competition among enterprise, university, and research institute, and fromthe perspective of property right management, structures the path game model ofindustry-university-research institute collaborative technology innovation and obtainswhole relation of path synergy.Thirdly, the thesis obtains knowledge management synergy contains knowledgeproduction synergy and knowledge joint synergy: from the perspective of bionics, based onknowledge fermentation theory structures knowledge production synergetic model, andprocess of knowledge production includes defining knowledge strategy, establishingcollaborative organization, drafting system of knowledge objective, disposing knowledgematrix, and main process of fermentation; discusses the model of knowledge joint synergy,and obtains knowledge joint synergy including estimating gap, pilot plant test,commercialization, control and examination.At last, the thesis proposes three dimensionalities of industry-university-researchinstitute collaborative technology innovation: power synergy dimensionality, path synergydimensionality, and knowledge management synergy dimensionality, then structures asystem of synergetic degree evaluation. Based on analytic hierarchy process, defines indexweight, and then evaluates the synergetic degree of an actual project by fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method, the result shows the synergetic degree is slightly better,and gives relative suggestions for the deep collaboration.
