This paper, based on the theories of the modern enterprise growth, complex systems, evolution and economics and biological evolution, and from the perspectives of external environments, technical innovation and resource integration, discloses the complex mechanisms for the hi-tech enterprise growth system and puts forward the corresponding evaluation models.First of all, this paper defines the concepts of the hi-tech, the hi-tech enterprises and the enterprise growth, and summarizes the research results in such areas as the economic and strategic theories of enterprise growth and uses them for the theoretical basis of the research into this paper.Secondly, this paper applies the complex theories to the disclosure of the internal mechanisms of the hi-tech enterprise growth system. It points out that competition and cooperation are the driving mechanisms for the growth of the hi-tech enterprises. The transformational process of the hi-tech enterprises is the integration of the gradual change and mutation. And the growth path is on the edge of order and chaos. The evolution mode is in the form of"super-recurrence".Thirdly, this paper analyzes the complexity of the growth environments of the hi-tech enterprises, explores the features and types of the complexity of the enterprise environments, and discusses the mechanisms for the interaction between the enterprises and the environments. It begins with the establishment of a set of scientific evaluation index systems and regards the environmental factor as the fuzzy stochastic variant for the mutual independence. The fuzzy stochastic theory is applied to the Analytic hierarchy process and the evaluation model is set up based on the FSAHP-tech enterprise growth environments.Fourthly, this paper analyzes the technical innovation process of the hi-tech enterprises and the capability of evaluating the technical innovation. It points out that the evolution mode of the technical innovation is based on the routine rather than the accidental creation process. The stochastic rise and fall are the causing factors for the technical innovation of the hi-tech enterprises. Nonlinear interaction is the self-organized mechanism in the technical innovation process.
