The rapid development of industrial clusters and the globalization of markets have posed a severe challenge for enterprises groups to maintain continuous innovation. It becomes necessary for enterprises groups to overcome their own disadvantages of controlling over the complicated hierarchy and interact with enterprises clusters and draw lessons from their advantages of smart innovation. This article, introduces the methods of behavioral ecology and evolution economics to analyze the connotation, history, operational system and mechanism of spreading of clustering innovation by enterprises groups.1. It studies the connotation and features of enterprises groups' clustering innovation. The likes and dislikes between biological groups and enterprise groups from the developing point of view and points out the feasibility to research on technology innovation using the method of evolutionism. It analyses on routines, similar to genes, innovation unit, similar to species, and enterprises community, similar to biological community. The evolution of industry clusters leads to the development of clustering innovation. There are four types of industry cluster, pure aggloneration, social network, industrial complex and clustering innovation. It gives the connotation, type developing trend and advantage of clustering innovation.2. From the angle of the fittest survival routines namely the interaction between the enterprises gropes and the SMEs clusters, it points out that clustering innovation is the outcome of transformation of production and the fittest survival routines After deeply analysis on the history of industrial districts the author think that the two transformations are very processes of combination between the enterprise groups and SMEs clusters and further studies relations between enterprise groups and SMEs clusters during three different stages, which are manual production, mass production and lean production —competition...
