With the progress of knowledge management theory and practice, the knowledge sharing within organizations field has received considerable attention from researchers and practitioners, which has become a hot topic in the knowledge management field. A more in-depth study of the issue, such as the process, mechanism, efficiency, agent's measurement, framework of knowledge sharing within organizations appears respectively in this dissertation. The main results and conclusions are provided as follows:From the viewpoint of the system, the basic process in micro level of knowledge sharing within organizations is designed with the help of process decomposing method. The process model, mathematical model, context model and motivation model in knowledge sharing are proposed, which provide a theoretical and methodological foundation for systematic and rational analysis to the factors and conditions of successful knowledge sharing within organizations. From the viewpoint of economics, the mechanisms of knowledge sharing under knowledge market within organizations and knowledge team are analyzed by using game analysis on the different assumptions. The strategies for motivating knowledge sharing are explored theoretically. Some rational countermeasures against sharing knowledge in practice are proposed.According to the equilibrium theory, Pareto efficiency condition for knowledge sharing in close organizations is discussed, which makes up the deficiencies in this issue. It has also been found that local knowledge sharing is the most efficient and the system in which agent takes the altruism strategy to knowledge sharing is more efficient than that in which agent takes the reciprocal strategy to knowledge sharing. Moreover, the differential dynamic model for knowledge sharing in open organizations has been established and some new approaches to improve the knowledge sharing efficiency are put forward by the means of altering the parameters influencing the asymptotic solution of the model. After the requirements of an effective importance measurement for an Agent (agents) in knowledge sharing network are analyzed, the comprehensive importance measure for a node (nodes) in a node-weighed network based on the approach of deleting node is modeled. And with the help of the procedure of calculating the distances among nodes on a graph, a new algorithm for this model is designed. The agent's (agents') comprehensive importance measure is designed firstly. The four-space knowledge presentation model is also proposed, which can deal with the problem (space labyrinth) relatively well in hypermedia systems. Finally, A three-layer reference object model for supporting knowledge sharing management is developed, which has realized the strategy—from operation into operation and resolved the dynamic management for knowledge sharing.
