Performance management based on individual is a focus of human resource management study, as well as a concern of corporation human resource management.Based on the researches inland and oversea, the performance management of individual is systematically studied theatrically and practically in this dissertation. The main contents are summarized as following:Based on the literature review, the meaning of performance is introduced, and the characteristics of performance are also revealed. By summarizing the main influential factors of performance, an improved performance effecting model, which expound the meaning and goal of performance, as well as the classification and choosing of the performance appraisal tools is provided. Hence, a six-step performance management spiral model of individual is submitted.Of the beginning of the model, the content, principles and methods of position analysis and assessment are studied. Thus, the meaning, characteristics and flow of individual advantage management research is reached and proved by case studying.Then, the prerequisite and meaning of ratchet effects are introduced, a mathematic model of decreasing ratchet effects by adjusting performance salary rate and model of trace-rectify in contract-game phase and performance tracing phase of individual performance management spiral model are founded.After that, the concepts of performance regency, frequency and value are subdivided to examine individual performance from view of long-term, dynamic and potential performance point. The performance appraisal results are graded and the characteristics of every grade are described. A combined model of BP nerve network and fuzzy system is introduced according to the complexity of the study. Multi-appraisal-subjects method is introduced to guarantee the accuracy of the appraisal. The accuracy of the method is tested by equitable test of Kendall's W Coefficient of concordance.In the performance feedback and result inspirit phases of the performancemanagement model, the principle and object of performance feedback are summarized, the degree and continuance of performance inspirit are discussed. The performance salary model is clarified and a case study is introduced to support that.At the end, the dissertation summarizes the contents and the limited, and proposes the direction for further study.The study will conduce to perfect the corporation performance system and improve performance management degree of individual, as well as support the individual development of the employees.
