Studies On The System Of Construction Project Integration Management And Its Performance Evaluation

Project management means "the usage specialized knowledge, technical ability, tool and the method in the project activity, can make the project realize or exceed the person's demand who contact with the project. It can be divided to nine realms in the management of the construction management: The scope manages, time management, cost management, quality management, labor management, communication management, purchase management, risk management and whole management. Among them, date, cost and quality are the core of project management. The construction is the important stage to convert the design into entity .But the studies on project management of our country now mainly focus on the analysis of single factors, which lack of the system analysis. Therefore it is important to make some study on the system of construction project integration management.This paper carries out the concept of construction project integration management after the analysis integrates, integrate meaning and integration management, and give a detail of the concept. That system includes the integrated planned establishment of the project and plan controlling of integration management. In the performance appraisal of construction integration management this paper make a study on the neural network;it performs the possibility of using it .And research on the simple index such as date, quality and cost. Finally it builds a BP nerve network model on the performance evaluation of construction integration management. At last, we can use an example to prove the usefulness of the BP neural network.This paper has done some research on the concept analysis of construction project integration management and the plan and control of it. It makes some study on the application of BP nerve network method in the field of construction project integrationmanagement. It pursues the good management effect of the project and pushes the effective controlling of construction project integration management forward.
