The Empirical Research On The Rural Labore Force Migration Inssue Of M Village Shandong Province

As a typical agricultural country,it cannot be flourished without stable and sustained development of rural society and agricultural.And the rural society and agricultural cannot develop without farmers.However,more and more farmers leave their hometown to seek new opportunities and start a new life in the city.According to data from National Bureau of Statistics of China,the migration rural population is over 160 million in 2013 and 2014,over 60%of total rural workers.Though the migrate rural workers can find jobs when they leave their home to the city,also help to promote the coordinated development of urban and rural integration,it causes some problems to the country society,especially that the young and strong rural labor force leave their hometown.Like left-behind children or empty-nest eldest,weak agricultural development potential,the talent people drain and so on.Quantity rural labor-forces migrant not only bring a lot of three rural issues,but also impede the development of China's rural society.China's central file has focused rural issues for 12 consecutive years.The essential of solving rural issues is to find a reasonable solution to the migration of rural population.As a fact,we have many experts and scholars have been highly concerned about the issue of rural labor mobility.They research focus on the motivation,features and the impact of the population outflow and get fruitful research.The results confirmed that the rural labor force migrant could change the ideas of farmers,increase farmers' income,improve the rural environment;but also brought some negative effects.Like the aging of agricultural population in the country,reducing land utilization,agricultural production limited and so on.On the basis of the fruitful research document,the author will do an empirical research on the rural labor force migration research in M village.Questionnaire,personal interviews,surveys research methods will be used in the research.There are four parts totally in this paper:Part 1 is Introduction.Part 2 is the analysis of migration situation of M village.Part 3 is the impact of migration and the last part is the research conclusion and the suggestions to solve the quantity migration issue.As M Village is a typical agricultural village,the economic development from weak to rapid development.A research on the rural labor mobility situation and the impact can help to find a way to solve the problems caused by labor force migration.It may give some reference on better promote the long-term development of the mountainous rural areas.
