Research On Southeast & South Asia Oriented Logistic System Optimization Of Yunan Province

Regional Logistics is the logistics activities in the region and between regions, of which the aim is to solve the main problem related to Regional logistics, with the concept of regional logistics and the strategic approach. Logistics System optimization means the process of confirming the development aim of logistics system and designing strategies and action to achieve the aim. It optimizes and organizes factors related to logistics system according to certain method and degree and principle, so as to achieve the aim of development better. Regional economic theory and regional logistics theory figures that, in the realistic conditions of economic globalization and regional economic integration and unbalanced development of Chinese regional economic, starting from system analyzing method, building modern logistics system adapting to the demands of regional economic development and establishing pointed and related policy and measures to promote the development of regional logistics is major theoretical and practical issues which regional economic development and regional economic integration cry for settle.At first, the paper explains the related theory of logistics industry, regional logistics, regional logistics system optimization and the situation of the logistics system in Yunnan. Comparing to Guangxi Autonomous Region, which has many things in common with Yunnan, the paper analyzes the regional logistics advantages and disadvantages of Yunnan facing Southeast Asia, South Asia Region. Then, starting from Yunnan regional logistics demand, the paper explains the main content of regional logistics demand analysis and the main factors affecting demand in theory and practical aspects, and analyzes the potential logistics requirements. Third, the paper makes economic analysis of the relationship between economic growth and logistics theoretically. On this base, makes empirical analysis of the relationship between logistics and economic growth and optimization of the system of regional logistics in Yunnan with Yunnan's annual economic data. Finally, based on the results, proposes Yunnan regional logistics system optimization program, further, government policy ideas, strategies of management and coordination, support and protection measures of regional logistics system optimization facing Southeast Asia and South Asian.In logistics system optimization facing Southeast Asia and South Asia and Yunnan Region, optimized project of logistics system network node and logistics belt line is uppermost. And the paper basing on keystone of logistics development facing Southeast Asia and South Asia and Yunnan Region, proposes optimization project of Yunnan regional transportation and logistics, including optimization of Yunnan railway, optimization of highway, optimization of water carriage, optimization of air access, optimization of logistics corridor, optimization of logistics pipeline.
