Inter-enterprise Cooperation And Innovation Strategic Alliance Mutual Trust Problems Of Empirical Research

Global economic integration, rapid changes in technology, the competitive environment, and other pressures are prompting many firms to seek continuing cooperative relationships with other firms. The firms cooperated with other firms in the course of competition, and technology cooperation is the important element of cooperation. With innovation becoming more and more important in the firm's strategies of development, cooperative innovations are also respected. The success of cooperative innovations and attaining anticipated goals are dependent not only on technologies and resources of the innovative firms, but also on belives and trustworthiness.This paper discusses extensively the concept of trust in various research fields and facets. It argues theory model about trust, and suggests the role of reference on our study. Based on the theory, we analyse that relation-specific assets, reputation, coomunication and etc. have the effect on trust, and trust has effect on performance, commitment and long-term relationship. We put forward the concept model of trust between firms in the alliance of innovation, and proposed relationship between antecedents and trust, and consequences and trust.We test the structural relationship between antecedents and trust, and consequences and trust, after empirical analyse the concept model by questionnaire research.We confirm proposed relationship between antecedents and trust, consequences and trust, and discuss the practical application of the conclusionThe findings of teoretical analysis and empirical study also give some advice to cooperative innovation firms about how to improve the trust among firms.
