The development of social productivity has brought progress and prosperity to human sociaty, together with some new environment problems and secret worry for mankind. The environment problem requires marketing personnels to re- examine the marketing environment, to revalue the marketing principle, and to study the new marketing management direction, in order to promote the sales performance. A smart businessman is aware of the truth that marketing is not only to meet consumer's demand, but also to meet the farsighted benefits of consumer and society, such as the environmental protection and the Human body health. Therefore it is of important research value and reality meaning to realize environmental protection into a marketing activity with social responsibility consciousness.Food is very important to the people, and the quality problem of food always drive all people to pay attention to closely. This text, with MERIT food limited company as research object, puts forward the concept of green marketing antotal quality management according to it's marketing environment analysis. The this carries on a certain research to the management process of green marketing in food prodcting enterprise, it also puts forward the priciple of professional attestation, social attestation, customer's attestation and employee attestation, these standpoints are new-mentioned and bring the creative place of the this.This article takes the frame by the Total Quality Management theory, unify the environment management system and the modern marketing, mainly has conducted the research from following several aspects to MERIT: studied the MERIT green marketing environment and the management flow; to the MERIT 's green culture, the QC group green human resources and the green value chain flow Total Quality Management has conducted the research; studied MERIT to implement the green marketing pattern and the control pattern which ISO 14000 and ISO9000 constructed; also has studied the MERIT green marketing audit, the quality authentication surveillance system and implements questions and so on GRI disclosure. The research conclusion is: implements the Total Quality Management to the MERIT green marketing is the MERIT green marketing obtains the success the basic way.
