Nowadays, the telecom network is fast evolving towards the next generation of network which takes harmony as its feature. The essential of network convergent is to achieve the harmony of network technology with teleservice. But, during the evolution process of the telecom network, there are quite a few disharmonious problems. The basic reason for it can be concluded as: There are disharmonious interactions among the telecom's physical network, the teleservice, and the environment, during their evolution process. Therefore, it is essential to make the further study of the telecom network's harmonious evolution mechanism. This is to say, what are the concept and the locus of telecom network? What are the conditions of the harmonious evolution of telecom network? What the dynamic relationship among the factors influencing the harmonious evolution of the network? And what's the interior mechanism of the evolution of the telecom network.The study of telecom network's evolution always leads by technical study and economic analysis, which mainly bases on the angle of the restored theory. The deep going of the tendency of the network convergent makes the study of telecom network's evolution convergent develop to system's category gradually. The system aims at orderly evolution while the harmony is the high-grade state of being orderly. This dissertation bases on the angle of view that the telecom network is a complicated system, takes harmony as main thread, and proposes a study frame that is"concept model- evolutionary locus– harmonious evolution conditions– harmonious evolution power– harmonious evolution interior mechanism– empirical study", in order to find out the inner mechanism of the telecom network's harmonious evolution.The second chapter is the basis that the whole dissertation. Firstly, it analyzes the economics property of telecom network value from the systemic angle of view, and discriminates the concepts of telecom network and teleservice. On economics property, it is mainly cost property for traditional telecom network while earning property for teleservice. Moreover, telecom network value is the unity of cost property and earning property, so the disseverance of the concepts between telecom network and teleservice is bound to lead to the advent of the disharmonious problems of telecom network's evolution. Secondly, according to two-image theory, it builds telecom network two-image model, in which telecom network is regarded as two-image system combined by physical network and value network with applicability, and combining it with the emergence of the complex system, the function of the model is put forward . Than the concept of the harmonious evolution of telecom network is put forward. On this basis, on the one hand, it selects the important locus points of telecom network's evolution to study, including the main techniques of transport net, switch net, access net, mobile net, intelligent net, softswitch and IMS, and analyses their the internal logical relations and evolutionary character; on the other hand, it generalizes the characters of value network evolution as broadband, datamation, mobile and Convergence.The third chapter of this dissertation is to discuss the attributions of the telecom network harmonious evolving dissipative structure model and the conditions of forming into the dissipative structure of telecom network. From the angle of the dissipative structure, the harmonious evolution of telecom is a system harmonious course, which can be realized by the dissipative effect with the environment. The dissipative structure of the harmonious evolution of telecom network describes the relations among the input of the environmental parameter, system entropy, the network value and the customer value; furthermore, it defines the areas of the existence of harmonious trend curve. The openness, away from balance state, nonlinearness, and fluctuation are all the essential conditions for telecom network to form into the dissipative structure. The openness of telecom network includes external openness and internal openness. Only there is openness can make it possible to exchange substance, energy and information, and can produce the negative entropy current making the system in order. There are two main manifestations when the telecom network is far from the balance: first, the variety of the telecom technique and teleservice; second, the heterogeneity of network broadband distribution and business volume. Such kind of unbalance must develop into a certain extant (far away enough from balance) when there are possibilities that causing the formation of dissipative structure. The nonlinearness of telecom network mainly displays in two aspects: the nonlinearness of the increasing number of network users (an important target to measure the non-linear increasing rate of network value); the nonlinearness of the developing periods of network industry chain (an important target to measure the non-linear increasing periods of network value). Four laws (Metcalfe's Law, More's Law, Optical Fiber Law and Matthew Law) in network ear mainly shows such kind of changing relations of nonlinearness. In the non-linear district far from the balance, fluctuation will be magnified to vast fluctuation. If there is still continuing negative entropy current kept exchanging with the environment, the system will have qualitative change and form dissipative structure.The fourth chapter studies the relationship of dynamic factor of telecom network harmonious evolution which could be seen as the result of the five components'mutual effect in accordance with the sequential relations of the components generating and restraining one another according to the five elements of nature. The five components are the enterprise-net, the physical net, the value net, the demand net, and the regulation net. The five components correspond with wood, fire, earth, metal, and water, thus set up the model of five elements generating and restraining one another in the harmonious evolution of the telecom network. The evolution of the telecom network follows the mechanism of the five elements'mutual effect relations so as to achieve the state in which the five elements are put in harmonious proportion. When the system is at the critical point of Non-Equilibrium,the subsystems tend towards coordination, and the order parameters appears. Furthermore, the leading system develops towards a new order structure. Based on the analysis of the model of five elements generating and restraining one another in the harmonious evolution of the telecom network according to the synergetics, there would be five order parameters. They are the service forecast ability, the network planning ability, the network valuing ability value adaptbility and network directing ability, which set up the order parameter model of the telecom network harmonious evolution. The five order parameters follow the five elements effect relations as well, and the service forecast ability and the network planning ability are two basic ones of the five. The chapter also tries to discuss the structural characteristics of the source of the harmonious evolution's power from the angle of the complicated network. It demonstrates the scale-free qualities of the effective traffic distribution primarily based on the study of the related telecom network data in Northeast China.The fifth chapter has studied the interior mechanism of harmony evolution of Telecom Network, which is based on CAS theory. One of important features of Telecom Network two-image model is to show"the feature of adaptation."As open complex self-organized system, the self-organized process of Telecom network is a process in which the system will change according to the outside-world alterations. Adaptability is the interior mechanism of the telecom network's evolution. The way of evolution is the result of the adaptation of Telecom Network in different evolution stage. According to the demand of the study, different Level Agent can be designed, for example, one activity unit of Teleservice and its network resources will make up an Agent. Besides, one network itself can be an Agent too. The design of Agent mainly involves purpose, character, action and specification four aspects. It can adapt the method of type and inheriting of object-oriented to generate new Agent. The mutual effect between Agent and other Agent or between Agent and its environment is the internal force to improve system development, which is the aggregation in CAS. The aggregation of Agent is the essential way to make Telecom network become harmony. When the aggregations reach the state of harmony in micro, the Telecom network will develop into harmony. The aggregations of Agent include the same kind of aggregation and the different kind of focus. The aggregate produced by the same kind of aggregation focuses on the cooperation of the same kind of"agent"and is economically reflected on the economics of scales of telecom network. The changing of the aggregation can be described by the profile of telecom network economies of scales. However, different kind of aggregation refers to the newly-produced"agent"from some accumulation mechanism of dissimilar"agent"and is economically reflected on the scope economies of telecom network. This different kind of aggregation overwhelmingly centers on the essential creation of network resources which will aggregate in two ways. One is the different kind of aggregation of the agent inside the network and another is the different kind of aggregation of agent between the network and the agent of other applied fields. Eventually telecom whose basic feature is that manageable governable internet plus free telecom network on the premise that agent is able to generate enough aggregation effect through adaptability. Finally, the harmonious evolutionary layer models of telecom network are built in this chapter, where four layers are formed, namely combining network layer, convergent network layer, harmonious network layer and chaotic network layer. The combining and convergent network layers are the necessary stages for the telecom network to go for the harmonious stage. However, harmonious network layer is the result of all-round convergence of ICT, which suggests that it has already reached to the harmonious stage. While the chaotic one is the senior harmonious stage during the evolution of telecom network.The sixth chapter has processed the empirical study through an actual project which is the 11th Five Year program of the telecom network's development from the government angle to the northeast area of China. The studies of this chapter have integrated lots of main thought included the telecom network harmonious evolution conditions, the power mechanism and so on. This chapter gathers the first data through the investigation and research, analyzing the evolution conditions of PHS network, the fixed telephone network, the mobile telephone network and the data network, and selecting many kinds of method to forecast the operations of northeast three province, mobile phones and data. Then make the study to the aggregation waies about the network of the fixed telephones, the mobile phones, data multimedia, and the trunk line transport network, thus carried on the demonstration to the part of the main study results.The dissertation takes the mechanism of the evolution of the telecom network as the object of study, fusing many kinds of basic theories, developing a new thread of study, providing an elementary theory frame for the following study. Many obtained theory achievements can be the logical beginning and fundamental category of the following theory study and empirical study. The results fused by the theory study and the data analysis, the case analysis and the empirical study of the projects have a great actual guiding meaning for government and enterprise to do network planning and network evaluation.
