Study On Choice Of Precision Agriculture Developing Mode And Evaluation

China is a large agricultural nation, "foundation becomes stronger if agriculture is abundant, the farmer become rich then country is abundant ", problems about the agriculture, countryside and the farmer are always in close relation with the major issue about the modernization in global. It has strategic sense without any doubt if we could choose the precision agricultural developing mode. This paper analyzes the hierarchy, stage and amenity in agricultural development mode from the technology economic viewpoint based on sustainable development. It also points out that the development stage in our nation still belongs to relationship between the tradition agriculture normal form, market agriculture normal form and ecological agriculture normal form, and give reasonable judgments in developing the agriculture in county region. In a word, the main innovation in this paper is as follows:Firstly, it analyzes accurate agriculture practice in developing and developed countries, establishes the new point view about the hierarchy from the high-tech accurate agriculture, the characteristic technology accurate agriculture and primary technical accurate agriculture. From this point of view, the paper concludes that China should consider the problem about the development of accurate agriculture from the technology, value and stratagem which should conform with the situation of our country, to be specific, the agriculture should develop steadily and step by step in three phrase.Secondly, it analyzes the agricultural production management process from the view of value conduction with the precision agricultural matrix model and the application value chain theory, and propose the development mode through three kind of essences accurate agricultural development pattern as whole advancement, partial priority and single breakthrough in view of Chinese geography position difference and the economical horizontal lamination reality. Based on the precision agricultural succession, it emphasizes the necessity of project foundation.Thirdly, the paper argues that it is vital important and necessary to walk along the precision agriculture road, construct the accurate agricultural technology system between the national stratification and market stratification, establish the running main body in county region precision agriculture, and design the corresponding run mechanism and support system.Finally, it debates the negligence in domestic important research results and gives the basic principle and method about performance evaluation in precision agriculture. First of all it constructs the performance evaluation system of precision agriculture, then designs weight evaluation method to solve different development mode, explanation in details as follow: Applying the discount cash flow method (such as NPV index) to evaluate the performance about monomial precision agricultural, such as precise fertilizer technology; Applying the analytic network process method (ANP) to evaluate the performance about precision agricultural development of partial priority (such as county region); Applying data envelope analytic method (DEA) to evaluate the performance about precision agricultural development as whole(such as west region field,even nationwide). In conclusion, it demonstrates modeling and application of precision agriculture performance evaluation system, namely: construct applied model of precision agriculture project evaluation based on real option pricing method; introduce into performance evaluation of precision agriculture partial priority developing stratagem; construct performance evaluation index system of precision agriculture developing in way of whole advancement.
