Through focusing on the theme that how the social activity and its order are realized, modern sociology as a whole has deconstruct and reconstruct its foundational methodology from a dualism prospect, transferred to rely on new angles and tools through integration, and provided answers as a new paradigm for social science research. As a classic representative of such an overall effort, a French school of thoughts named 'Actor System Theory', with M.Crozier and E.Friedberg from Political Institute of Paris as its core members, reflects on Bureaucracy of different social levels and develops a unique theoretical scheme. The scheme not only solves the integrative dilemma when viewing org as a substance, but also provides approaches to analyze collective action's dynamics, rules and orders, so that to understand complicated social forms, social actions and intervention policies. In order to display filly and popularize such a unique theory based on the existing domestic studies, this paper intends to implant this school of thought into a unity of system and sociology research, to specify its fundamental judgment and methodology through carding traditional theories main stream, to point out its function and defects in analyzing organizational behavior and explaining collective actions, so as to set the presumption and foundation for judgment of act system theory into the scheme for such a new theory. The purpose of this paper is two-fold. First, it intends to display the style of such a theory through outline the logical connection between traditional and modern research in this French school of thought. Second, it tempts to lay a solid foundation for applying the theory in analyzing social actions with originality.First, alongside the basic assumptions and propositions of the school of thought, critically review the methodology of the theory it raised, merge the classical proposition with the overall frame of system research, and display its irreplaceable significance in org research areas. Second, alongside the main topic of sociology - 'how does social action come true', critically review the different dimensions followed to answer this topic, and to reflect how this school of thought overrun the limitation of traditional research with aid from other modern sociology theories and respond to the main topic deeply and creatively.Third, based on actor system theory, integrate rationality, action strategy, formal regulation, actual orders, social intervention into the basic assumption of this school of thought, and use it as the tools and prospect for further research into social problems. Finally, taking field experience as the target for analysis, use the French school of thought's main principle and methods to describe and explain, in a certain social arrangement, the way farmer workers get accord with city life and several derived games and corresponding actors in such games and their interactive strategies. It is to testify the actual efficiency of initial structure and pre-arranged policy, and to discover the orders or social actions that would be intrigued. The ultimate purpose is to raise suggestion on solving problems, such as structural obstacles, that might possibly occur in such a social phenomenon.
