As we all know,organization's life is to change.Many Chinese enterprises are trying to imply some incentive mechanism to enterprise management.However,some incentive mechanism changes haven't achieved the desired effect."Actor-network theory" focuses on the network,which more clearly describes the interaction among the various actors.Taking company N for example,we explain the incentive mechanism change's formation of actor-network by translation and analyze the translation by change of actors.As actor-network is a dynamic connection full of interest,the re-factoring of incentive mechanism is a continuous process.According to N's business development,its incentive mechanism can be divided into construction phase of development zone,real-estate phase and diversificated phase.The incentive mechanism change of N is not only an important means of attracting talent,but also a formation process of actor-network.From the construction phase to real-estate phase,market mechanism is implied into N.The actor-network is restructuring.N's top managers turn into core actors.The incentive mechanism turn into system which emphasizes more performance appraisal.From real-estate phase to diversificated phase,the market environment changes and the actor-network adjusts again.The main actors become medical technology and incentive mechanism which pays more attention to core staff.During the change,definition,redefinition and interaction between the heterogeneous actors,such as the government,market environment,land and so on,would form and translate the mechanism.The main achievements include:(1)The identities of actors would change during different phrases.(2)The key of incentive mechanism change is the translation of core actors.(3)The nonhuman actors also have impact on the process of change.The main innovations include:(1)Using actor-network theory to study the change of incentive mechanism.We explain the practice process of the interaction between the subject and the object from a sociological point of view.(2)We pay more attention to the process of change by case study and qualitative research method,which helps to find some problems in the process of change.
