Manufacturing industry is the main body of industry in our country,and it occupies an important place in the national industrial development.But it is also the place where 70%of industrial waste comes from.Green manufacturing is a new idea which was put forward by the world manufacturing industry organization to remake or improve its image on the public,and it attracted the great attention in our country too.But green manufacturing was put forward from the industrial department,most research focused on the technological field,including technological theory, technological mechnism,technological evaluation and technological application,so its influence is limited.Essencially,green manufacturing is the integration of technology and management.It is necessary to strengthen the research on green manufacturing from the angle of management,and to link it with the construction of circular economy.In this way,it will be more vital and have better prospects.This is the start point of research in this dissertation.From the angle of management,the green manufacturing system may be understood as the system to carry out green manufacturing strategy.It is a bridge to connect green manufacturing theory with circular economy theory and advanced manufacturing system theory.Under the view of advanced manufacturing system theory,green manufacturing system is one of directions for the development of advanced manufacturing system today.Integration is method of development,network is road of development.Under the view of circular economy theory,green manufacturing system is the sub-system of eco-industrial system,circular social system.This shows,the integrate development of green manufacturing systems is an inexorable trend,and the need of circular economy construction.Based on this,this dissertation studies the integrate development of green manufacturing systems on these aspects:the building of the green integrated manufacturing system,evaluation of comprehensive performance and game analysis.According to the theory and method of industrial organization and systematic engineering of management,the integrate development of green manufacturing systems forms the the green integrated manufacturing system finally.This is a network organization,and is another expression of eco-industrial system,including element integration and firm integration.Firm integration is the major research of this dissertation.The integrate development of green manufacturing systems is a process of industrial ecological agglomeration.The ecological effect of industrial agglomeration is produced to reduce,reuse and recycle waste,and for the purpose to decrease the outside non-economy and enlarge relatively the regional environment capacity.The green integrated manufacturing system is the system to pruduce and cultivate maximally the ecological effect of industrial agglomeration,relating to eco-industrial park and green supply chain management,and realizing "block agglomeration" and "chain agglomeration" of industries.In point of the structure of green integrated manufacturing system,the integrated elements include substance, water,energy,technology and information;firm integration is realized through elements integration to form eco-industrial chain,the integration of eco-industrial chains form industrial symbiosis network so as to make fully use of waste and by-products.In the forming process of eco-industrial chain and industrial symbiosis network,there are many factors to affect the forming and stability of network system such as firm's eco-position,key seed firm,active factor of industrial agglomeration, support service chain,the change in the sort,amount,composition of waste or by-products and etc.The integrate management have to be strengthened to realize the objectives of circulation,co-existence,opening and substitution in the building of green integrated manufacturing system.The integrate development of green manufacturing systems persues comprehensive performance.It is a process divided with several stages.Performance includes environmental performance and comprehensive performance of environmental performance combining with economical performance.According to the stages of integrate development,it may be divided as the environmental performance and comprehensive performance in green manufacturing system and during the integrate development of green manufacturing system.Thus,started from the environmental performance of green manufacturing system,firstly,this dissertation built a environmental performance model with three level objective structure based on the four functions of system that is green energy,green productive process,green product,and product recovery and treatment,and have a discussion of evaluation on the model with the method of Value-focused Thinking(VFT),which has the characteristic of value thinking and may simplify the process of multi-objectives analysis.Secondly,this dissertation builds a firm's bi-objective incentive model with principal/agent theory based on the public characteristic of environmental performance and the relationship of opposites unity between environmental performance and economical performance.The basic ideas are,a firm's environmental performance can not exist independently;economical performance is a firm's essential objective;a firm's building environmental performance objective needs government's incentive or compensation;a firm's sustainable development is the unity of environmental performance and economical performance.This is the basis of comprehensive performance evaluation on green manufacturing system.Based on the above study,this dissertation designs a system of bi-performance evaluation index for the integrate development of green manufacturing systems,which is made up of five parts:economical development, substance ruduction and circulation,pollution control,green supply-chain management and non-financial performance.Performance evaluation should be carried out with several stages,and to join together the objectives of near future, medium-term future and long-term future.It is inevitable that the integrate development of green manufacturing systems involves the game process of different interest bodies.So the game analysis is carried out on the integrate development of green manufacturing systems to probe into the mechanism and countermeasure of game process.From the angle of firm integration, the integrate development of green manufacturing systems is the forming process of green enterprise cluster.It is the process of cooperative game process between cluster's enterprises,game process among enterprises inside and outside cluster's,and game process between enterprise and government or consumer.As to the game analysis about this process,some thinking are given to cooperative mechanism (multi-game),cooperative interest,trade and co-exist cost,trust building,integrate management,and environmental support to the cluster;some thinking are given to non-cooperative game between green enterprise and non-green enterprise,cooperative game between enterprise and government or consumer.Through the game analysis and analysis on the obstacle factors to realize the development,such mechanisms are put forward as the bi-mechanism of market dominating and govemment guiding,the coupling mechanism between the construction of Eco-industrial Park and management of green supply chain,and the interactive mechanism between technological initiative and institution initiative.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward around these aspects as firms to increase the environmental performance level,build and improve green manufacturing system,govemment to play active role to promote the integrate development of green manufacturing systems with cooperation with firms.In the light of the points,theory and method proposed in this dissertation,their application include the below two parts.Firstly,the analysis on the development of of the Eco-industrial Parks in our country.The construction of Eco-industrial Parks in our country is on the beginning stage.Three representive Eco-industrial Parks of national level were chosen here to be analyzed,which are Guigang Eco-industrial Park of industrial kind,Huangxing Eco-industrial Park of new-building,and Taida Eco-industrial Park of comprehensive kind.The systematic structure of park,modes of ecological supply chain,integrated elements,economical-environmental performance,managemental mechanism,and problems existed are analyzed and discussed.Then,some countermeasures or suggestion are put forward for the further development of Eco-industrial Parks. Through this analysis of application,it is helpful to recognize,understand and make clear the building process of green integrated manufacturing system.Secondly,the analysis on the construction and development of green manufacturing system for the metallurgical industry and chemical industry in Yunnan province.The metallurgical industry and chemical industry are the main industries in Yunnan province.They are the energy-intensive industries,which have the characteristics of higher energy consumption,higher substance consumption and higher pollution.Thus,they are the main fields to carry out the construction and development of green manufacturing system.In them,the metallurgical industry in Yunnan includs copper industry,tin industry,lead and zinc industry,and iron and steel industry;the chemical industry in Yunnan includes phosphorus industry and coal industry.Based on the analysis on the situation of these industrial development and restriction faced,the above theory and method of green manufacturing system are applied to analyze and discuss on the green development practices,comprehensive performance gained,industrial re-organization,and problems.Then,some countermeasures or suggestion are put forward as how to promote the construction and development of green manufacturing system of industries,especially on the reuse and treatment of three waste,extending industrial chain to increase the extra value of products.Through this analysis of application,it is more clearer to see the problems faced in the green development of the metallurgical industry and chemical industry in Yunnan,and to make clear the direction and thinking about the construction of circular economy of these industries.All in all,the integrate development of green manufacturing systems and its mechanism,the construction of green integrated manufacturing system,and the running and evalution on a firm's comprehensive performance objectives are all the new research fields,their theoretical system construction and practice are still in the stage of probe and development.They involve the integration of many subjects' knowledge.This dissertation tried to do some basic research works on these respects. It is expected to cast a brick to attract jade.In addition,due to author's limited ability and the lack of time,the dissertation is far from perfect,any suggestions and criticisms are always highly appreciated.
