Design And Software System Of Green Procurement Performance Evaluation For Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises

Not only unprecedented wealth for mankind was broght by the rapid development of science and technology, but also serious environmental pollution and large quantities of resource consumption. So, sustainable development becomes the world's hotspot, green supply chian is also concerned. As the important source of pollution environment and resource consumption, to implement green supply chain management for machinery manufacturing enterprises is their only way for long-term development. Green procurement is the beginning of green supply chain, so its management is an important guarantee and the key for successful implementation of green supply chain management, effective performance evaluation can not only help enterprises evaluate effectiveness of implementation green procurement, but also find the problem and solutions in the process, promote the healthy operation and continuous improvement of green supply chain. followings are studied mainly in this article:Firstly, documents which relate to green procurement are reviewed, the current status of its study are overviewed, the importance of green procurement is analysed, the necessity for machinery manufacturing enterprises to implement green procurement is elaborated on, its theory system is summarized, one and two indicators of green procurement performance evaluation of machinery manufacturing enterprises are detailed analysed and established.Secondly, current evaluation methods are analysed, new green procurement performance evaluation method based on the combination of improved analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive analysis is proposed, then an actual example is testified by using this method.Finally, machinery manufacturing's green procurement performance evaluation system process is designed and developed based on the combination of improved analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive analysis by using VC++ language.Green procurement performance evaluation system for machinery manufacturing enterprises can not only evaluate overall performance of the procurement, but also evaluate every aspect in green procurement, so that the appropriate improvements can be made by enterprises.
