Knowledge Cost Of Innovative Enterprise And Its Control Strategies Based On BOX System

Focusing on innovative enterprise, this dissertation discusses about knowledge cost of innovative enterprise and its control strategies based on BOX (Bill of X) system.With the analysis of innovative enterprise evolution process and the extension of BOX system, this dissertation divides innovative enterprise into three classes (enterprise class, generalized work center class, and individual class) according to some hypothesis and the decomposition &integration of innovation demand, discusses about the collocation and consumption of resources in each class, and then, describes the knowledge resource flow of innovative enterprise in detail.Based on the knowledge resource collocation and consumption, this dissertation brings forward the definition of knowledge cost for innovative enterprise, and discusses about the constitution of knowledge cost in each class, and then, points out the measurement and compensation for each cost factor.Considering the dynamic movement of knowledge cost and its constitution, this dissertation discusses about the tendency of each cost factor with the analysis of innovative enterprise life cycle, and develops cost lifecycle models correspondingly.With the analysis of each internal &external factor which makes influence on knowledge cost, this dissertation brings forward the strategies of knowledge cost control for innovative enterprise based on knowledge cost lifecycle. It is emphasized that knowledge cost control strategies should be used according the difference of enterprise development phases and cost objects.At the end of this dissertation, the rationality and validity of the knowledge cost measure &control strategies is testified in an enterprise which the author once cooperated with, and it is proved to be feasible in reality.
