With the arrival of the knowledge economy, the market environment demonstrates unprecedented complexity and uncertainty, enterprises no longer regard simple financial capital or the natural capital as the strategic resource, knowledge is becoming enterprises and surviving, developing and obtaining main resources that competed for the advantage continuously in the fierce market competition. The level of the management level of knowledge has already become the key whether decision enterprise s could win the competition.
