With the arrival of the knowledge economy, the market environment demonstrates unprecedented complexity and uncertainty, enterprises no longer regard simple financial capital or the natural capital as the strategic resource, knowledge is becoming enterprises and surviving, developing and obtaining main resources that competed for the advantage continuously in the fierce market competition. The level of the management level of knowledge has already become the key whether decision enterprise s could win the competition. So, studying the dynamic management of the core competence under the knowledge economy condition of enterprises becomes an important and realistic question.This thesis is on the right domestic and international foundation about the fact that the core competence theory analyses and researches, combine the information management in era of knowledge-driven economy organically with enterprise's core competence theory, the ones that have described the two are related systematically, analyze the dynamic management of enterprise's core competence under the knowledge economy condition deeply. The main research contents of this text and innovative achievement are as follows:Firstly, on the relevant document foundation studied to the core competence at home and abroad, have described different understanding of different scholar's right core competence characteristics, different views of different way and core competence theory used to the core competence. Define the concepts of knowledge and information management, has expounded the fact that information management is to the importance promoting the core competence.Secondly, the paper describes the mean of core competence and gives a fuzzy evaluation model on core competence under knowledge. The model takes am bipolar fuzzy overall evaluation, trying to make the core competence's index system metrical, which makes enterprises develop their own competence.Thirdly, have annotated the concept and content of the core competence dynamic management, is it set up knowledge economy guarantee enterprise have key inter-dynamic innovative this new theory model of system of competitiveness for a long time under the terms to put forward.
