The Research On Construction And Innovation Mode Of Innovative Large Enterprises In China

With economic globalization overspreading and international competition enhanced, the progress of science and technology and innovation have become the decisive strength of the social economic development. Chinese enterprises are too small and their technologies are behindhand comparing with international large enterprises, so it's disadvantageous for them in the international competition, and if we construct and develop innovative large enterprises, it will be an effective means for our enterprises to improve international competition ability. Thus we have brought forward the theory frame, content and methods of innovative large enterprises based on innovation and large enterprises, which will offer theory and operation suggestion to construct innovative country and develop abilities of innovation and competition of innovative large enterprises.First, a new research field about innovative large enterprises is exploited. The connotation, status and function of innovative large enterprises are stated on reading a lot of articles and statistical datum. A conclusion is drawn that China must develop large enterprises based on the large gap between domestic and international large enterprises. We can find that innovation is so important for economic progress by analyzing the trend of international economic progress. And we draw a conclusion that large enterprise is the best role for innovation comparing large enterprises and middle-small enterprises, which forms the reason to construct innovative large enterprises.Then we should know content, principle and models about constructing innovative large enterprises, so the thesis discussed self-organized theory and found a nebulae model to help us understand them. At the same time the TSS Algorithm, Genetic Algorithm and Simulation Anneal Genetic Algorithm are formed according to the need of endogenetic and ectogenic units of innovative large enterprises, which are used to select subsidiary companies or cooperative associates. Afterwards the scale and boundary are determined before summarizing the characters of innovative large enterprises.And then the connotation about total open innovation is brought forward according to the characters and mode of innovative large enterprises based on TIM. In order to solve the difficulties Chinese enterprises are faced with, it suggests that we should take self-determination, imitational and cooperative innovation, and take the total open innovation mode whose main body includes government, enterprise, college, academe and bank. On organization innovation, system innovation, technology innovation and management innovation, it forms multi-evolvement organization frame, state invested property right system, open technology innovation process model and synthetical salary and super prompting management mode, which make the frame and content of total open innovation more perfect.Finally, the thesis gives a synthetical algorithm by stages to select evaluation indexes, and uses DEA method to evaluate innovation efficiency of innovative large enterprises. Then DAHP method is used to evaluate competition ability of innovative large enterprises to find faults and overcome them, and the theory model, frame, method and evaluation system have formed. And suggestions to develop innovative large enterprises are made for government and large enterprises.
