The project management is of top priority for construction enterprises. Nowadays, China’s construction market is growing year by year, and many companies explore the oversea market to hunt profits, at the same time, they must face different completing surroundings and competing rules. While things become much more serious because of the too many inner management stages and too long management chain. Therefore, the future development of construction enterprises is very serious, which is more obvious for the state-owned companies. Too old existing management regulation and too many hierarchies lead to the final sluggish business decision, and staffs’learning ability is weak due to the soft working pressure, so the competitiveness of state owned companies are seriously constrained by above mentioned problems.System is the foundation of enterprises, construction enterprises should also change their system with the changing market environment and correlative country policies to make sure the right developing direction. Both the improved management system and the scientific project organization structure are essential for enterprises. Project organization structure is the full reflection of the company’s system. To make sure the enterprise develops healthily, it is necessary make sure that the project management pattern is renewed promptly with the enterprise system and changing market environment, the project management methods should be innovated timely as well. All in all, new project management method should be explored to maximize the enterprises’profits.In this paper, based on the analysis of the development status of construction industries domestic and overseas, the characteristics of construction enterprise management model are researched in detail. Firstly, the project management reform of construction enterprise is analyzed, the existing problems and corresponding reasons are also found. Secondly, the innovation of project management model is fully stated, and some important details of large project management mode are studied, including the definition, structure, management institution, rights and liabilities division, operation method, et al. Lastly, based on the analyses of my working experience, it is discussed about how to set up the corresponding regulations of encouragement and restriction in the enterprise after flatting organizational structure, and an incentive mode for employees in this new organization structure and system is explored.This system combined flat organization with effective incentive mode so as to establish a complete motivation system and operation mechanism. The development of company and a win-win relationship between the enterprise and the stuff can be achieved through enhancing the motivation, autonomy and creativity of employees. I hoped that domestic construction enterprise will obtain reference resources on the management innovation of project through this topic research.
