The Institutional Change Of China Railway Transportation Enterprises Property Rights

ABSTRACT:The enterprises of China Railway Transportation are to be confronted with more opportunities and challenges with the development & improvement of China's market-oriented economy,as well as the further deepening of institutional reform in the management of China Railway Transportation.It is essential to say that the reform and development of China Railway Transportation enterprises are the Institutional change of enterprise property rights with profound meanings.This thesis is to take China Railway Transportation enterprises as the researching object,whose focus is on the Institutional change of China Railway Transportation enterprises property rights,trying to account for the inner logic of the Institutional change of property rights and disclose the process of benefit game among the property institutional participants as well as do a research on the Institutional change of China Railway Transportation enterprises property rights,in order that some theoretical basis and experiential reference can be applied into the future organizing and developing mode of railway transportation enterprises.The followings have been done:First,the review of the theories on the nature of firm.An evaluation on firm nature from a different perspective is put forward by smoothing and synthesizing the three theories:the property rights theory of the firm,the stakeholder theory and institutional change.The new understanding is:enterprise is the collection of property rights institutions;enterprise property institution is the outcome of the competition among the benefits relatives;and the growth of an enterprise can be investigated from the perspective of the Institutional changeSecond,the analyzing paradigm of the Institutional change of China Railway Transportation enterprises property rights is put forward.The analyzing framework of Evolution Game based on Nash evolutionary mechanism is proposed by adopting an evolutionary perspective in understanding the institutional change and taking the specific situation of China Railway Transportation enterprises into consideration.
