With the deepening of global labor division and evolution of international trading pattern, global tasks trading has become the major part of international labor division and trading pattern. The new emerging countries play a tremendously important role in global tasks trading networks and have transformed their trading patterns inherently. Unexceptionally, as the biggest emerging market on earth, China sees a gigantic change in the trading volume and pattern. Therefore, how to judge the trading patterns and evolving path of emerging countries, especially China, is a must for the pure theory of international trade. Thus, the dissertation targets to the features of global tasks trading and the development of industrial trade in new emerging countries. On the basis of logical process, it calibrates the logical model by data of China and results in realistic interpretation and politic strategy for industrial trade development in China.The first section describes the theoretical category of tasks trade division by logical analysis. It exploits the historic logics and the economic implications of tasks trade division. At the same time, it lays out the basic framework of analyzing the role of new emerging countries by characterizing their trading behavior. The analysis in the first section provides logics and methodology for the whole dissertation.The second section starts with analyzing the basic initiatives for the new emerging countries'participating in the global tasks trade division by logic ways. Then, take China for background, it interprets the motivations for the rapid development of industrial trade after opening-up by anatomizing the role of tasks processing trade.The third section begins by the Four Paradox which epitomizing the fundamental status of China's trade division in the global tasks trade division networks. Then, it studies the trading status in the global tasks trade division networks and measures China's status. After that, the dissertation analyses the competition between China and India for accepting offshoring by U.S. and illuminates the external competitions and shocks for industrial trade of China.The fourth section firstly analyzes the distributing mechanism of gains from trade and the typical facts of industrial trade immiserizing growth in China under the analyzing framework of global tasks trade division networks theory. Following that, it probes into the basic principles and causation of industrial trade immiserizing growth in the new emerging countries.
