We must take the enhancement of continual innovation ability as the strategic basic point of science and technology development as well as the central link of adjusting industrial structure and transforming economical growth way, take the enhancement of continual innovation ability and the construction of innovation country as the significant strategy faces the future.The enterprises' whole core competence in our country, its determining factor lies in the enterprises' continually innovation ability. At present the domestic and foreign research on the innovation enterprises is in its initial stage. This is on the one hand because the innovation enterprise's practice to occupy the initial period of its development, and its pattern is newly emerging things whose nature is not stable, thus the fundamental research on it also belongs to the emerging theory domain. On the other hand, not yet forms a recognition for the fixed limits of innovation enterprise's pattern, moreover the research on it also is scattered, not systematic.The innovation is the power fountainhead for enterprise gains the competitive ability. Only have the continually innovation ability enterprise develop continually. This research center studies the strategy innovation enterprise's innovation continually with the exploration, proposed the pattern of innovation enterprise's construction and the development, the mechanism of innovation continually, as well as the tactic of improving the innovation enterprise innovation ability. In order to overcome the limitation of traditional finance appraisal and improve the appraisal integrity of enterprise's innovation performance, synthesized using the Balance Score Card (BSC) principle and Economic Value Added (EVA) to analyze thoroughly the strategic management process of innovation enterprise, and from aspects financing, customer, internal service flow, study and innovation has constructed the appraisal indexes system for dynamic strategy management performance of innovation enterprise. As well as constructed the appraisal indexes system for the innovation ability and the innovation performance of innovation enterprise with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and carried on the appraisal utilizes the method of Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation.(7)Based on the above of research achievements analyzed empirically innovation development strategy of innovation enterprises in Guangdong Province. Analyzed the current situation and restrict factors of their continually innovation development, put forward the governmental policy mechanism for development strategy and continually innovation development of innovation enterprises, provided the decision-making reference and methods support.The innovation of this research is mainly manifests in following aspects:(1)Embarked from the developmental path of business management theory, combed the developmental phase of enterprise pattern as well as its characteristic and vicissitude course. In the view of the characteristic of new economy discussed the inevitability which innovation enterprise pattern appears, and review the developmental pattern of enterprise and the researches on innovation enterprise.(2)Proposed that the model of power mechanism and inspiring mechanism of continual innovation of innovation enterprise.
