Since a long time, the research of technological innovation mechanism mainly stay on the level of individual enterprises, focusing on the impact of the size of enterprise, the input of innovation and enterprise organizations to innovation performance.However, when knowledge becomes more and more discrete because of the evolution of division of knowledge, the technological innovation of enterprises will have to rely on external knowledge. Innovation is bound to take more and more a collective approach rather than individual approach. Location of innovation moves from enterprise to the network. This trend is more and more attention by researchers. But the existing literatures are still relatively weak. Researches on the mechanisms of knowledge integration are still inadequate, especially systematic studies based on the characteristics of knowledge itself. A research of knowledge integration mechanism from this perspective is novel in theory. On the other hand, many innovation networks in China are taking shape, but the advantages of network-based innovation have not been fully excavated. Therefore, our study on the integration mechanism of knowledge within innovation networks based on information theory has theory and practical significance.From the perspective of information dissemination,This thesis analyzes knowledge integration process in innovation network, discusses the obstacles and solutions in the knowledge integration process. We hold that the expression, interpretation and value of knowledge are three problems impacting knowledge flowing, and Innovation Network has advantages in settling these three problems. For it provides the shared environment, cognitive capital and relationship-based trust.The paper is divided into eight chapters. Chapterl is introduction, its main content includes the background of title selected, research state, concept definition, research state, study introduction, research method, structure arrangement, probable innovations and defects. The chapter plays a role of designing and summarizing full paper. Chapter 2 brings up the problem. Technological innovation is the process of sports knowledge. And the separation of knowledge leads to the Dependence on external knowledge in the process of technological innovation. The enterprise is faced with three problems. Chapter 3 analyzes the generation of innovation networks. First of all, the thesis investigates the connection type in innovation network. Secondly, we analysis the path dependence of Relational Capital invest. We consider that the random market relationships will transaction to the stabile relationship; thirdly, we analysis the formation mechanism of vertical and horizontal relationship links. Vertical relation links origin from the need of coordination in the division of labor. Market, enterprise and relationship network are three different types of co-ordination mechanism. The relationship network reduces the cost of coordination in the division of labor. The horizontal relation links origins from the changes of competition between enterprises. on the one hand, competition moves from regional to global, from the individual to the group; On the other hand, it forms shared collective assets between enterprises, so that the relationship between enterprises become from pure competition to a mixture of competition and cooperation. Chapter 4 analyzes the problem of knowledge expression. Tacit knowledge plays an important role in the process of technological innovation. Tacit knowledge can only be spread through the share of environment. Sharing environment is an alternative mechanism for sharing code. The shared environment in Innovation Network creates the practice field and dialogue field, providing a platform for the integration of tacit knowledge. Chapter 5 analyzes the advantages of innovation networks in resolving the difficult problems of knowledge interpretation. Yes there is the cost of cognition, and the cognitive cost depends on the code-sharing, potential difference on stock of knowledge, and the degree values differences between enterprises. The above three factors can be summed up in cognitive capital. Long-term interaction and strong industry correlation between enterprises in Innovative network makes the potential difference on stock of knowledge between enterprises smaller, and there forms shared culture and values with regional characteristics in interaction, these factors all reduces the cognitive costs in the process of knowledge flowing. Chapter 6 analysis the advantages of innovation networks in resolving the difficult problems of knowledge price fixing. Knowledge flows in the process of Technological innovation is bound by its value, knowledge flows without value are meaningless. Technological innovation is a process with high degree of uncertainty, and thus impact the co-operation between enterprises. Relationship-based trust is an alternative mechanism for value-based trust. It is helpful for solving the value problems of innovation cooperation. There are a variety of confidence-building mechanisms in Innovation Network. Chapter 7 analyzes the Innovation Network in Zhongguancun. Innovation Network in Zhongguancun has initially formed vertical and horizontal relationship links, but the network is still not enough developed. The development division network in this area is insufficient. Business-to-business cooperation between enterprises is still on the road. All these will affect the effectiveness of the Innovation Network. Chapter 8 is the conclusion and policy recommendations. The innovation network plays an important role in the integration of knowledge in the process of technological innovation. It is effective for solving the three problems in the integration of knowledge. Promoting combination of enterprise, institute and research institutions, enhancing specialization ability of innovative network, nurturing industry contact between enterprises, and promoting the development of intermediary organizations can promote the formation of innovation networks.In addition, the innovations of the paper lie in below aspects: firstly, the relationship links in innovation network is divided into two categories: vertical relationship links and horizontal relationship links, their formation mechanism are analyzed. Vertical relation links origin from the need of coordination in the division of labor, and horizontal relation links origins from the changes of competition between enterprises. Second, using the information theory, this article analyzes the knowledge integration mechanism in innovation network, explains the advantages of Innovation Network in addressing the three problems on knowledge integration, and provides more systematic explanation to the knowledge integration mechanism in innovation network. Third, we take the process of technological innovation as the process of knowledge integration, combined with the information space theory of Boist, the study circle theory of Cooper, the SECI model of Ikujiro, we give an analysis of different types of knowledge involved in the process of technological innovation, and the process of knowledge integration. Fourth, we analyze the reason why the location of innovation moves from enterprise to the network.
