As the economic globalization has intensified and the information technology is developingrapidly, now, the society has entered into knowledge economy era. In this kind of economic form,enterprise is facing the quickly changing market and the increasing complexity of the task.. Face thiskind of situation, enterprise is no longer dependent on scarce resources possession, but throughcontinuous learning and knowledge creation and improving the technical innovation ability to gain acompetitive advantage. Therefore, more and more enterprises choose innovation network which is anew organization form for technology innovation activities. Innovation network can provideenterprises with a cooperation network which contains organization common learning, transferbetween technical knowledge, resources complementary and the promoting of innovation ability.This thesis focuses on the relation between trust and the organization performance influence ofthe enterprise internal innovation network. After a thorough understanding of the domestic andoverseas scholars’ study about trust and organizational performance, according to the enterpriseinternal innovation network’s characteristics, that it has good knowledge sharing culture, this thesisresearch the relation between the trust and cluster innovation network organization performance in thebackground of knowledge sharing.In this thesis, we use the simulation method named net logo. This thesis mainly simulates thedifference between the enterprise internal innovation networks in different trust environment. Throughthe observation about organization output and organization scale of cluster innovation network andthe average output and the average effort level of the members, we can know the relation betweentrust and the organization performance influence of the enterprise internal innovation network.This thesis’ simulation results are shown: Implementing average distribution methods, theimprovement of the degree of trust has very good stimulative influence on the expansion of the scaleand the improvement of output of the enterprise internal innovation network organization. But trusthas negative influence on the average output and the average degree of efforts of the members in theenterprise internal innovation network;Implementing the way of distribution according to work,theimprovement of the degree of trust has none stimulative influence on the expansion of the scale of theenterprise internal innovation network organization。But trust has negative influence on the averageoutput and the average degree of efforts of the members and the improvement of output in theenterprise internal innovation network。The conclusion validated the significance of trust in the enterprise internal innovation network,also according to the conclusion of the thesis; we provide some reference suggestion for thedevelopment of the enterprise internal innovation network.
