With increasingly serious competition and rapidly changing information in construction markets all over the world, construction companies are facing varieties of challenges, such as consumers' diverse requirements, construction investments being much bigger and more skilled techniques. In the long term, construction companies in our country only pursue enlargement, like rapidly inflated scale and high performance, but neglect the underlying problems accompanied by the rapid development. After expansion, the underlying problems arise and how to improve management strategies of construction companies comes into notice.Based on full understanding of the situation and problems of China's construction industry, this paper, taking the China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Ltd. as research object, shows that the disadvantages of current project-based supply chain management mainly lie in nonstandard collaborative information management and that the current project management mode is unable to efficiently deal with the failure of cooperation among participants resulted from one-off game. To solve the problems above, we combine the thoughts of supply chain management with the overseas sophisticated Partnering mode, put forwards new management ideas. Additionally, we design the organizational structure and operation process of implementing this mode for a company and establish the Disputes Resolution and Performance Evaluation systems under Partnering mode. And through the platform of information sharing system, we realize the information sharing and communicative cooperation in the Partnering supply chain, which provides guarantees for the successful implement of Partnering. Finally, the application of Partnering mode in Wan Yi City Plaza project and subsequent analysis and summarization provide practical suggestions and supporting measures for the successful expansion of Partnering mode.
