With the globalization of economics and the rapid development of modern science & technology, the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce, In a way, the formation and the maintenance of enterprise'lasting competitive advantage gradually changes to "people-oriented" from pure material resources,money capital and market share.In this transition process, the management of knowledge has proved to be one of the most important means for outstanding enterprises at home and abroad to establish and maintain their advantages, The key to the management of knowledge is the management of tacit knowledge, so the great challenge that all the enterprise facing is to establish a good operational mechanism and management pattern for the tacit knowledge, to maintain and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to research the operational mechanism and management pattern of the tacit knowledge of enterprises in sight of maintaining and promoting the core capability of enterprisesThis paper is established in the basic theories of management science during its research, and it interconnected knowledge of philosophy, economics, psychology, sociology, etc, meanwhile, it integrated systematic approach, overall method, dynamic method, comparison method, case method and so on, and so it formed unique theoretical and methodological systems for the research of the management of tacit knowledge. We have defined the concepts of the management of tacit knowledge, the core competitiveness, etc, expounded the basic theories for the management of tacit knowledge and enterprises'core capabilities, and tracked the latest theoretical developments of these two areas, all these added up to provide a solid academic background and theoretical support for this paper; this paper analyzed the principles and methods to create and acquire the tacit knowledge, revealed the rules and techniques to convert tacit knowledge, pointed out the basic principles and means to spread and share tacit knowledge, and constructed enterprises'management system of tacit knowledge which based on their core capabilities; Finally, this paper provided countermeasures to strengthen the management of tacit knowledge and to enhance enterprises'core capabilities.The creation and acquisition of tacit knowledge is one of the most important links in the management of tacit knowledge of enterprises. We analyzed profoundly the philosophical and social-psychological foundations of tacit knowledge, which cleared the theoretical fog and provided new theoretical support for our research as well as the research of this field; we also discussed the models, processes and methods of enterprises'tacit knowledge's creation, storage, optimization and integration, especially, we proposed the "theory of knowledge field" for the creation of tacit knowledge, which improved and developed the existing knowledge creation theory.The conversion of enterprises'tacit knowledge is one of the most difficult and complex aspects in the management of tact knowledge, and it is also the most obvious aspect to represent the outcome of our research. We discussed in details the feasibility of the conversion of enterprises' tacit knowledge, which provided a powerful theoretical preparation for the conversion of tacit knowledge; we put forward the "continuous spectrum of tacit knowledge" and "pyramid of enterprises'tacit knowledge" by analyzing the interpretation models of human knowledge and hierarchical structures of knowledge, and pointed out sharply:every effort that aimed at reducing any tacit components of knowledge can be regarded as a successful conversion, based on this, we constructed creatively the "hierarchical conversion theory of tacit knowledge", so as to provide a more workable approach and method for the conversion of tacit knowledge.Tacit knowledge is a static stock of knowledge, but also a dynamic flow of knowledge, the value of tacit knowledge must rotate in order to increase its value, to convert into enterprises'core capabilities, and to contribute to enterprise'sustainable development. Therefore, we analyzed the functions, elements, features and mechanism for the spreading of enterprises'tacit knowledge, established spreading patterns of tacit knowledge which based on systematic dynamics, and explored the approaches and measures for the spreading and sharing of enterprises' tacit knowledge.Tacit knowledge is the most reliable source of enterprises'core capabilities, but only a well-functioning management system of tacit knowledge that can help enterprises create and ensure a lasting competitive advantage. To maintain and enhance the core capabilities of enterprises, we took the design and re-design of the management system of tacit knowledge as a systematic dynamic process, on the basis of making clear its elements and functions, we proposed the basic principles to design and optimize the system, constructed the basic model for the management system of enterprises'tacit knowledge, and explored the operational mechanism of the management system of enterprises'tacit knowledge, particularly we put forward the theory of "the network of tacit knowledge's value" to create and maintain enterprises'core capabilities, and improved and developed the theory of dynamic core capabilities on the basis of recent popular theory of the value chain.In the end of this paper, from such three aspects as institutional arrangements, technical support and environmental construction, we proposed countermeasures to improve the management levels of enterprises'tacit knowledge, to promote the normal operational process to create, store, share and use tacit knowledge, so as to enhance enterprises'core capabilities continually.
