Core Competence Of Enterprises Construction Based On Tacit Knowledge Management

With the rapid development of social economy, the traditional business management is faced with the huge wave of knowledge economy, competition has become the eternal theme of modern society. The competitiveness of enterprises is the inexhaustible power of survival and development, and so building the core competitiveness of enterprises will become the constant pursuit of important goals, In view of this, managers of enterprises not only pay attention to enterprise short-term competitive advantage, but also focus on corporate long-term competitive development. Analysis the successful use of knowledge management which takes the relative successful example, which also applied to practical construction of the core competitiveness of enterprise research based on the management of tacit knowledge, at last we can provides an effective example for the problem of the construction of enterprise's core competitiveness based on tacit knowledge management.Though the research results of this article which systemic researched on the enterprise's tacit knowledge management, we can provide some useful information of the management of tacit knowledge and the construction of the core competitiveness for the enterprise.
