Study On The Evolutionary Mechanisms And Effect Of Modern Service Industry

It is well known that service industry is so important for the national economics. Our country brought up policies to encourage the development of service industry, especially the modern service industry. But, until now, studies on it were still staying on the definition and measure of the industrial scope.The paper focused on two questions to make study on modern service industry: one the evolutionary mechanism of the industry and the other is the effect of it. The main concept of the paper includes several parts: the external effect of modern service industry, the evolutionary path and mechanisms of the industry, the development level and efficiency and the relevant policy recommendations.First, the paper compared the present condition of modern service industry with our country with the U.S.A by the basis of theoretical research.Second, the paper analyzed the effects and outside relation of modern service industry by econometric methods and the basic model of symbiotic theory. One part, it has several effect on economics and is causality relation with it. And also, it has unequilibrium, stainable symbiotic relationship with manufacturing.Third, by the study on the evolutionary process of the whole modern service industry system and the branch industry sectors, the paper analyzed the dynamic mechanism of the evolution, constructed the evolutionary model on the basis of collaboration mechanism. And the paper shows the evolution path is orderly, self-organized on the whole, and collaborative-based, mutual influence, mutual promotion for industrial sectors. In certain technical level condition, the industry sectors evolutes towards the equilibrium. By the effect of technical innovation, modern service industry will move and form a new equilibrium finally. Then the paper constructed the SD simulation model on the basis of the preview analysis.Fourth, this part is the measure of the development level and efficiency of modern service industry. The paper constructed the evaluation system of the industry, and then measured the development level of modern service industry of all provinces in our country. It maintained a long-term, coordinated development trend together with economic system, and has good potential for it.At the last part of the paper, relevant policy recommendations for the development of modern service industry were proposed.There are 70 figures, 44 tables in the paper and the number of references is 184.
