Various differences exist in organization individuals. Decision maker always wishes to know the individuality advantage by some way of individual, find more excellent paragon or individual who can supply a gap, eager to evaluate or be evaluated objectively and equitably, want to learn the individual developing pattern and colony's essential pattern etc. So that to make scientific decision and offer right instruct to relevant work. So how to describe and recognize individuality advantage objectively and rightly, and resolve relevant problems in system evaluation and pattern analysis are significant to individual developing, organization making progress and social harmonizing. Moreover, study about that has been paid attention by expert and learner on management science domain at all times.Organization behavior attaches importance to individuality advantage, but it adopts mainly qualitative description quomodo and seldom adopts the objective way. So few objective methods can recognize individuality advantage. Whether on description quomodo or on objective recognizing method of individuality advantage, existing study hasn't come into being more systemic method system. Though there are many methods in system evaluation and pattern analysis, it is difficult to find reasonable evaluation method from the viewpoint of individual, few evaluation method can give attention to objective or equitable, especially went short of pattern analysis method which aim at social system. So establishing an effective method that can recognize individuality advantage, reinforcing the method of system evaluation and pattern analysis, are both new problem in system analysis and the supporting technique and method starved for by organization manager.The individuality advantage of business is mainly in the person of value connotation (index system), value idea and value tropism of society business. Therefore the key to recognize individuality advantage is thinking from the viewpoint of value. Moreover individual always hopes outstanding itself and not breaching the public value tropism. Therefore in the paper the recognizing of individuality advantage was based on the value structure decided frome the favored viewpoint of one individual, which obtained by directly analyzing individual behavior in the evaluated colony under the index system and macroscopically value tropism. Then an agent individual evaluation method was given. And the evaluating opinion for other including itself was obtained objectively on objective individuality advantage identification. By synthesizing the opinions, an agent democratic evaluation method was given. It is possible to offer basis for society system's choosing or supporting high quality behaving pattern, by classifying and recognizing the set of individuality advantage, studying internal regulation. So it was studied that the objective method of description and recognition of individuality advantage from the viewpoint of organization behavior. Then a whole method system was given including the recognizing method of individuality advantage, objective agent evaluation method and system pattern analysis method, respectively based on output principle and input & output principle. The main work in the paper is as follows.(1) The connotation of individuality advantage based on index system and evaluation method was defined from an entirely new viewpoint. The theory methods to analyze objectively individuality advantage were given respectively based on output principle and input & output principle. The descriptive way of individuality advantage based on weight obtained by outstanding individual advantage, is originated. It is easy to be understood and its solution accords to society's macroscopically value tropism. Moreover it is easier to be accepted by the evaluator.(2) Respectively aiming at output principle and input & output principle, combining the idea of organization behavior and goal programming, the maths pattern and relevant resolving method of identifying objectively individuality advantage were given. The method scientific and practical.(3) A new evaluation method was given i.e. agent evaluation on individuality advantage which including agent individual evaluation and agent democratic evaluation. It improved the quomodo of evaluating and instructing business. The agent individual evaluation is favored to find its willing study pattern; the agent democratic evaluation has a positive effect on evaluating society objectively and justly. Moreover, it was proved the scientific of agent evaluation method by using the theory and method of multi-attribute decision making. The effectively and suitability were analyzed by the theory and method of organization behavior. Accordingly a method to obtain weight is produced incidentally.(4) A new pattern analysis method was given on individuality advantage. The method is adapted to analyzing society system. The analysis solution is very objective and accords to society's macroscopically value tropism. It can offer a method to know typical pattern, optimize system evolutive pattern and make relevant tactic. It realizes theoretic innovation and possesses applied value.(5) Using above method on individuality advantage studied "society evaluate enterprise" and "project selection. It is used for reference to reinforce relevant management work.
