In the process of developing enterprise core-competitiveness, there is a sort of resource that is vital but neglected, which is enterprise tacit knowledge such as work experience, technical know-how, intuition and inspiration, team privity and enterprise culture. As a sort of intangible knowledge resource, the tacit knowledge plays an important role in the enterprise development. The tacit knowledge, as opposed to explicit knowledge, is difficult to be copied and imitated so that it has become important source of the enterprise core-competitiveness. So study on evaluation and management of enterprise tacit knowledge not only has great academic significance to deepen enterprise knowledge management theory, but also is of profound theoretical and practical significance to bring enterprise tacit knowledge into full play, promote enterprise knowledge creation and remain lasting competitive advantage.Firstly, the thesis builds theory basis of theenterpirse tacit knowledge. The conception of enterprise tacit knowledge is defined and its characteristics are summarized. Based on the context dependency of tacit knowledge, the context study theory is applied in building enterprise tacit knowledge study mode, and three study modes which include empirical study, interactive study and creative study are presented to be regarded as important modes of tacit knowledge study, then the development mechanism of tacit knowledge in every study mode is discussed. Based on the SECI knowledge creation theory, the integration model of enterprise tacit knowledge is also built.Secondly, according to the basic theory of enterprise tacit knowledge, the internal hierarchy of enterprise tacit knowledge is analyzed and flow patterns of enterprise tacit knowledge between one hierarchy and another are introduced. Based on the achievements of tacit knowledge evaluation, this thesis chooses and tests relative elements of enterprise tacit knowledge by questionnaire investigation to explore configuration of enterprise tacit knowledge, builds its configuration dimension model and discusses connotation of every dimension. Subsequently, based on the configuration analysis results of enterprise tacit knowledge, the evaluation index system of enterprise tacit knowledge is built. In view of enterprise tacit knowledge evaluation characteristics, the Fuzzy AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) is introduced to determine index weight, and multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to evaluate enterprise tacit knowledge, then the validity of the evaluation method is confirmed by the example of HUACHEN Brilliance Group Holding Co., Ltd.Finally, in view of enterprise tacit knowledge management, the thesis presents three enterprise tacit knowldege management modes comprising mission-oriented, system guarantee and culture integration, and indicates that dominant management mode of enterprise tacit knowledge should be changed with enterprise development and orgnazation enlargement, then the realization of every mode is discussed and specific management strategies are presented. Through analyzing the case of Shenyang Blower Works Group Co., Ltd, the background, modes and methods of enterprise tacit knowledge management are analyzed, and the management concept to be established and emphasis of enterprise tacit knowledge management are further stressed from the point of enterprise practice.
