| With the development of economy,climate change and urbanization,water resources play an increasingly important role in production and life,and in some parts of China,water resources have even become a major bottleneck restricting local economic development.Although China is rich in water resources reserves,the uneven distribution of freshwater resources has seriously affected the efficiency of water resources utilization in China.In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of water resources and limited economic development,China has built a number of cross-basin water transfer projects,such as south-north water transfer,Yin Luan to Tianjin,Yin Luan to Tangshan,Yin Huang Ji Qing,Yin Huang to Shanxi,etc.,in these large-scale water transfer projects,large pumping stations are its key components,is the most important factor in the role of water transfer projects.Although different pumping station mechanical and electrical equipment composition,control mode,unit model and so on vary widely,but according to the classification of large categories,it can be divided into electrical,water machine,communication,metal structure and other major components,pump station mechanical and electrical equipment installation process also has many similarities,and the current risk management research for pump station mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering is still in the exploration stage,which provides a realistic basis and realistic needs for the risk management research of pump station mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research on the risk management of the mechanical and electrical equipment installation project of the pumping station,and points out the shortcomings of the risk management research on the mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering of the pumping station and the urgency and importance of carrying out the research.Then,through the analysis of the latest results of the current risk management research theory at home and abroad,find out the main risk sources,common risk identification methods and risk assessment methods in such projects,and provide theoretical guidance for the research on the risk management of mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering in pumping stations,and then take the installation project of mechanical and electrical equipment in J pumping station renovation and expansion project as an example,through on-site actual investigation,organization of expert talks and other ways to carry out in-depth research on the risk management of mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering of pumping stations.The basic data needed to carry out the risk management research institute of the project are obtained by means of consulting literature,expert investigation and scoring,and the obtained data are further analyzed by means of risk matrix method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Through the scientific analysis of the relevant data,we identify the risk factors that may exist in such projects and make a list of risk factors.According to the risk list,the weighting of different risk factors in risk events is calculated,targeted risk improvement measures are taken for different risk factors and causes,the probability of risk events is reduced,the risk control ability of the project department is improved,and the possible impact of risk events on the safe implementation of the installation project of the pumping station mechanical and electrical equipment is controlled within a reasonable range.In the process of risk analysis of J pumping station mechanical and electrical installation project,in addition to identifying the main risk factors and causes of such projects,we should choose the appropriate risk response strategy according to the probability of risk occurrence,impact and project manager’s ability to resist risk,formulate scientific and reasonable risk management plan,implement dynamic risk management method,track and evaluate the implementation effect of risk management plan,constantly improve the adjustment risk management plan,and always control the project safety risk within a reasonable range.To ensure the smooth implementation of mechanical and electrical equipment installation projects,and to provide important reference value for the risk management of such mechanical and electrical installation projects in the future. |
